Everyone is so friendly - the place is spotless and lovely location. Our son lives 4 doors up the road. Quiet and our room very bright with sun streaming in when we opened the curtains. We loved it very much. However it is difficult to get accommodation! I had tried about 3 previous times before then eventually got in!

We found Jackson court to be warm cozy and inviting, the room was large with good closet space and outside lighting. The bathroom was very small and the electrical outlets were not convenient.

I love the feel of that place and its warm comfort. Like staying in an old mansion. I like the breakfast and the no pressure feel of the whole place. There was no plug for the computer available at the desk -- they were all taken by other things.

I liked Jackson Court's location and hospitality. My husband & I stayed here years ago and it was the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and the library in which to have it. The breakfast area was charming and the meals were satisfying. Breakfast was very good, but I would have preferred some kind of protein like hard boiled eggs or a cheese assortment since I generally don't like breads for my first meal.

The fact that there is no designated parking is a concern. The staff directed us to a parking structure 4blocks away. It was a hospital parking structure that charges $30 a day and is clearly marked no overnight parking. The bed was comfortable; however the room had a horrible smell. We had to cover our noses with the sheet at night as the smell was overwhelming.

La déco personnalisée des chambres, l'organisation du petit déjeuner (self service dans une cuisine/salle à manger où tout est préparé d'avance), calme de l'hôtel, impression d'être invité dans une maison américaine (puisque l'hôtel est une maison reconvertie).
