Heated outdoor pool
Our suite was gorgeous. Wish we could have staying longer
Floor was all clean except for a old dried banana slice on the floor and water in flower vase on the table had brown water in it wifi was not good in all room and batteries in tv controller were to low to work
Big spacious room for reasonable price with a jacuzzi and nice shower beautiful room awesome kitchen set up
The very cold bathroom!size
Size of the room and the view!
Indoor pool area is dirty (bathrooms and changing rooms too). Wi-Fi is spotty.
Comfy bed, very quiet, lots of towels.
A shade in the bedroom didn't close. Maybe an updated tv. And the radio didn't want to work with our iPhones for music.
I loved the bath room and the bed! It felt like home.
TV needs updating Sofa needs updating Balcony needs refresh
Comfy bed Great view Very clean
The parking lot was a little icy and might have been prepared better.
The facility was very comfortable, cozy and spacious with large well furnished rooms including a bathroom with a jacuzzi. The view from the top of the mountain was panoramic and very appealing.
The shower had low pressure, but could definitely live with it. The outdoor pool could have been a tad warmer (the outdoor temp was about 20 degrees).
Loved the beds! We visit Nordic Village Resorts quite often and I typically never have a good nights' sleep (beds are usually too hard). This time, I slept the best I've ever slept - the beds were so comfortable! They must have upgraded the mattresses. We did notice that our mattress was a Serta. We travel with our 4 children and they absolutely love the outdoor pool and hot tub. The location is fantastic as well.
Maid service was terrible.
My husband and I were celebrating our 27th anniversary. First time we had gotten away in years. Loved it so much we plan on returning next year!
The fire place was fineky. It had loose wires so only worked when it wanted to therefore there were sometimes in the night i would wake up freezing and some times wake up sweating.
I loved the bed, it was so comfortable. Waking up early, opening the curtains to the sunrise off the balcony was my favorite part
Afraid of bear...
Love the penthouse and the view. The pool and atmosphere....
only 1 fork in the silverware drawer
nice spot, have stayed before, will stay again. Thanks
It was a little cold in the room..
I loved the suite we stayed in it was beautiful and clean..
Everything met or exceeded our expectations
The grounds behind our chalet had alot of trash in the woods that had blown back there by the winds or left by previous visitors. The area is typically so well maintained, I was a little disappointed to see this trash in such beautiful surroundings.
The size, decor, location and view from the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff did a great job ensuring all was in good order and clean throughout our visit.
The carpets were in fairly rough shape for a $400/night room. And the shower was tiny in a massive bathroom. I'm a very petite person and I kept knocking the door open.
Great set up the porch off the master was beautiful. But waking up early making a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise from the terrace was breath taking.
Two minor problems. 1 Phone and internet weren't working. The net was fixed within minutes, the phone wasn't fixed during our 20-hour stay (needed the phone company) Lets put that down as a one-off problem 2 Well-appointed apartment let down by a job-lot of mismatches in the table cutlery drawer. Plenty to use, just didn't live up to the quality of everything else.
The whole package - quality of building, rooms, fixtures and fittings, furniture, bed, the log-effect fire. The location was stunning, views to far mountains, autumn leaf colours, the little summer house and tranquility pool
Will definitely return
My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and we stayed in the penthouse suite in the château's. We absolutely loved our room! It was super clean and huge with a great view of the mountains. It was really quiet and we felt so comfortable in our room - we will definitely be going back!
the condition of the road...but it looks like they are working on repairing very soon
I liked that the properties were spread out and not on top of each other. It was in a great area, close to everything yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
Stayed at the top of the mountain in a Penthouse. Awesome, very spacious with a fireplace and jacuzzi. If we had known it was going to be so nice, we would have checked-in sooner.
The road up was bumpy Bee's on the balcony
Very clean Comfortable The view Was cleaned, vacuumed, new towels every day Quiet
Though we stopped in on the way out on our second day to make sure the staff knew we were out so housecleaning could go in, when we arrived back in the evening, no one had attended to the room, When we called about it the staff was pretty dismissive. When we checked out, no one apologized for that slip up. Also neither the sauna nor the steam room were operating throughout our three day stay.
incredible location and we were given a chateau up at the very top of the compound - with no one else around. The penthouse was actually beautifully adorned.
