The decor and cleanliness of the rooms, the surrounding area, the staff A few things: the inconvenience of an outdoor pool and jacuzzi rather than indoor;no microwave or small refrigerators in rooms; poor lighting in sleeping area. But not that much of an issue that I will never return. I will be back!

It was O.K. but would not stay there again if in Jacksonville area No bath tub, only shower, which was great but tub would have been nice. Room very small. Bar/ restaurant on site but no room service.

We loved the artistic look of it. The room was beautiful, and we loved the lake view. The shower was great, and breakfast was excellent. We got a voucher for breakfast, so we enjoyed room service for our anniversary. Great restaurant called Forks near bye made our anniversary evening wonderful, walking distance. Beautiful place, will be back.

Clean, relaxing, and Friendly location!!! No room service for the breaksfast package. It seems as if the hotel is hoping you dont come down or that you miss it for their gain. We paid for 6 breakfast and was only able to cash in 2, because we didnt feel like leaving the room. This is perceived whenever this option is not available. No microwave or tub is not a plus 4 any hotel. Nevertheless, the stay was nice!!!

This hotel is a winner on all ground! After spending a night in a bad hotel in Titusville, it was quite a relief to get to this place which is quite confortable, pretty and with a happy staff ready to help. There is a very good bistro just across the street: great place for dinner. This is the best hotel we encountered during our 3 week trip in Southern usa (among 11 hotels so far). We recommend a room with a view on the lake, for only $10 more on regular price.

L'accueil! Excellant. Nous etions en lune de miel et nous avons ete surclasse gratuitement par la receptionniste. L'hotel et la suite occupee durant la semaine etait tres bien. Nous avons beaucoup apprecie. L'hotel est tres bien situe, restaurants presents autour et localise non loin de downtown, de st augustine et d'un outlet egalement.
