Jacksonville Plaza Hotel and Suites    

Friendly and helpful staff at front desk.

Was expecting a plaza-like setting with amenities-dining room, pool and hot tub, and better quality of accommodations. Staff could not have been better.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good.

The beds were very comfortable, the flat screen TV gave it a very modern touch. Very cozy rooms and quiet. Also staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast needs to have more of a selection. Not much of a breakfast bar. Very limited parking, if you arrive late good luck finding a parking spot.

The hotel room was clean.

The room was extremely small and did not include an iron, ironing board, drawers, or a closet. I felt claustrophobic in the room, and the bathroom was the same size of the room itself. I called the front desk to see if someone could bring up an iron and extra towels, but every time I needed something I was told that I had to come down and get it myself which was totally inconvenient. There was no jacuzzi or swimming pool, and I did not even see a business center to access a computer and printer. I was not pleased with this stay at all.

1st room we got smelled like cigarette smoke (even though we know it's a smoke-free hotel) - but got changed with no hassle.

Room was run down. Towels were threadbare and not clean-stained. Refrigerator made ticking noises and kept us up all night. Hangers placed in a location we kept running into.

Bang for your buck,clean and comfy plus excellent service.

Rooms were excellent - very clean, almost like a new motel. Loved the bed linens, location, price and staff. would definately stay there again!

The Jacksonville Plaza was easily accessible to the airport and surrounding areas of interest. The room was clean and they offered several services: guest access to a computer and printer, coin laundry and gym, not typical at such a reasonable rate.

The continental breakfast is not offered before 6am, for those flying early you are on your own.

It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel in very modern and up to date with flat screen television.

I didnt care for the continental breakfast, it wasn't very good.

I Have appreciated the fact that everything that was said and promised when we have reservehe,was exactly the way they said. We will return to this hotel,for the next Carnival Cruise.It's the best in this area..The breakfest was good.

I liked that the price was a s it was when I checked in, many booking.com hotels cheat and lie, and booking does nothing, why add 2 3 dollars after check in, add it now, so we can make best deal, why are some hotels rated soo high and yet stink so bad, this hotel was awesome,
