Facilities really basic/outdated,
The comfort of the bed and proximity to jfk, also the shuttle bus.
The fact that you have to pay for wifi in the room, room service stops at 11 pm so I u arrive later, there is nothing to eat in the entire hotel. The AC fan in the room turned on automatically with the loudest noise and most terrible smell at 4 in the morning. Had to contact reception to turn it off! The hotel a bit run down.

I booked and paid 3 months in advance but when i rang 2 days before i arrived they had lost all my booking paperwork and said they had no recollection thankfully i had booking paperwork and confirmation so they had to honour our rooms but didn't give us rooms next to each other as requested as were travelling with children.Also swimming pool is not very good and shouldn't really be described as indoor pool not proper building and it is freezing

The pool was only open at 3pm. I booked the hotel because there was a pool. I expect as an international traveller a decent espresso coffee, but only American coffee was there. Room can be way more clean. Noisy airco, couldn't Skype with airco on.

We forgot to take our insulated bag Out of THE refrigerator.lubba and her assistant found them and shipped them back to us.

It's a small thing but paying for internet access and having it cut off 24 hours is a pain. Internet should be free and stay connected for duration of stay.
The service in the restaurant was superb, food superb, helpful and cheerful cleaners. Shuttle service to airport perfect! and hourly...fantastic service.

The staff had a Condolense letter as we arrived, gave us 2 free drinks for the bar, and morning buffett breakfast w the price of room!! Full bar- it was late, closed @ 11pm. we ate at the bar, my fiance was watching a game on the TV and the bar manager turned off the TV. Very eager to close up the bar w close to 10 full tables and 6 people at the bar. We missed our flight to Hawaii to see my fiance's father- who during 3 hrs from NJ- to NY JFK airport passed away, after getting that call, being frazzled- we missed our flight by minutes. We were hungry and wanted a drink- we got our meal 5 minutes to 11pm and felt rushed and didnt even finish because the entire bar staff was on high energy to GET OUT!
