A massive thanks to Keith on the desk for getting us into a room early after we had been left stranded in JFK by American Airlines after 19 hours. Also a massive thank you to Kirk who served us in the bar area. A credit to the Hilton and raised the bar for how to treat customers. If ever Hilton needed a benchmark for service then Kirk should be it.

Bed including pillows were more then comfortable, free wifi, treatment for Hilton hhonors members, bellhop service was great and frontdesk was very polite and knowledgeable
Room service was terrible, we had to go down 9 floors just to get a bottle of wine opened
Location Good, safe place to stay.
Hallway light at hallway light was out. The bedroom light fixture had two bulbs so I placed it in the hallway light fixture.
Here room is a bit ild needed to be renovated.
The staff was very polite and helpful.
The bathroom sink-stopper was jammed and the weather would not drain properly.

The hotel is good but only if you need to stay near by teh JFK airport, otherwise i do not recommend because of the lack of resources in the neighborhood.

Bright lighting in restaurant area.
Very close to the JFK international airport. There are shuttles waiting for you right outside the hotel every 30 minutes. Big room, comfort beds, nice view. Take few minutes to check in and check out.
The hotel staffs who are waiting outside the hotel at the main entrance. Upon our arrival, they never give us a hand or help you to move lugguages. I and my mom have several big and heavy luggages and we have to move them down from the taxi and bring them inside the hotel one by one while the staff are just standing there and looking at us.

Lack of vegetarian options in the bar / restaurant was disappointing and they forgot my requested wake up call
The bus shuttle took 45 minutes to come to pick us and it was 4am with freezing weather conditions
Waited 40 minutes in sub zero temperatures for shuttle bus on saturday evening. Took three irate phone calls to get bus to come to arranged pick up point. will not be doing this again
