We had an early morning flight so we stopped in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. It was alright, nothing spectacular and the tab cost over $44., for scrambled eggs and sausage? I think not. Extremely overpriced.
Very convenient to the airport. Shuttles run every 30 minutes and drop you at the departure door. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Clean, quiet, good facilities, comfy beds etc etc. We only stayed as our flight got in late but I'd definitely recommend if you want a stopover.

Heater thermostat don't work properly in our room, or the hotel heating wasn't working at all..because it was freezing when we were there, this was first week of March 2015.
The bed, the staff, the facility, the food, the Bar, Brian you rock. The guy from the entrance, Lashawn,you rock too! And the Filipino receptionist.

The restaurant and the young man who helped us with directions in New York, he was right at the front door.
Wi-Fi was terrible in lobby . You can use the Wi-fi in starbucks if you by a small coffee. You can not use the Wi-fi in the room even you pay for three person for 6 nights . Yes I read that there was Wi-fi when I was booking. Iwas in a hurry . I learned that the wi-fi is only in the lobby when I arrive the hotel .

Overpriced, no WiFi
The in-room heating system is extremely loud. I made mention of this at check-out, and the front-desk associate said that they are aware of the problem, which is hotel wide. Sadly, the hotel just spent significant money to overhaul the HVAC system, and the result is an abject engineering failure. If you are a light sleeper, the noise will most certainly keep you awake unless you wear earplugs, noise cancelling headphones, or have just arrived off an 18 hour flight during which you didn't sleep a wink.
The hotel is very convenient if you need to catch an early morning flight. It is a typical Hilton property -- everything is up to par, but there is nothing memorable or unique about the experience.
They put me above the noisy kitchen but I called down and they moved me to another room
Shuttle picks u up at some place that is difficult to find if you do not know JFK airport. So we took a cab. $14 so worth it with two kids and load of stuff. Can driver didn't know how to get there. Had to show him with my phone.

A massive thanks to Keith on the desk for getting us into a room early after we had been left stranded in JFK by American Airlines after 19 hours. Also a massive thank you to Kirk who served us in the bar area. A credit to the Hilton and raised the bar for how to treat customers. If ever Hilton needed a benchmark for service then Kirk should be it.

Room service was terrible, we had to go down 9 floors just to get a bottle of wine opened
Bed including pillows were more then comfortable, free wifi, treatment for Hilton hhonors members, bellhop service was great and frontdesk was very polite and knowledgeable
