Received great service. The staff found out that it was our honeymoon and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolate-covered strawberries!

The staff at check-in and in the restaurant were slow and not friendly. The room was noisy and dark.

Lack of 24 hours room service. Not ideal when you are mostly serving airline passengers who often need to eat in the middle of the night, before or after a flight. Traffic and aircraft noise.
Beds are great! Location Clean
We got first a non smoking room at 01.00 after a long flight and there was a massive smoking smell in the room. Then we got another room with broken air condition and I needed to call down 3 times at 01:30 to get it fixed. When someone arrived it was extremely hot in the room and we needed to turn of the air condition because of noise.
Some staff are not helpful
No normal cabs available. Only limos with prices over the avareage.

The staff were extra courteous and the room was stunning. ideal location and easy access. They really took into account that this was our anniversary and left a lovely care package in our room upon arrival which I did not expect. It made for an enjoyable layover.
Simple check in and out General friendliness
Instructions for shuttle pick-up was not clear and we had to wait 40 minutes and call three times. Only one check-out person means we had to wait a while for check-out.
Arrived early in the morning with check in at 3pm. Were checked in at 10.30 am....saved us and particularly the children after a few long days of travelling. Free transfer to the terminals, 15 mins away and not a sound of planes!

Easy commute to train via bus
Our flight out of JFK was cancelled so we needed somewhere to stay. As soon as the shuttle driver arrived our stress disappeared, he was a lovely guy full of positivity! When we arrived at the hotel Michael on front desk was really accommodating and friendly. The staff really makes this hotel great, as well as the beds, soooo comfortable. Thx Hilton for catching us after a very stressful day!

Some of the staff are friendly, I am trying to make Pro for the hotel but I couldn't they have a free shuttle to jfk but not from jfk
A lot we were given a room for people with disability, the door barely could be opened, The "CARPET" was filthy, I would say the room smell was very Bad. I spoke with the front desk to change my room but they said "we are fully booked" which wasn't true because I checked the same day through booking.com and I found a vacancy even though our check in was at night but the guy was lying to me. So honestly, the hotel doesn't deserve the amount of money I paid, you can have the same hotel standards with half of the price
The air conditioner was very loud. I couldn't wait to check out.
