Hot water is not hot, it's cool
Very comfortable bed, nice view and clean room, free shuttle bus to airport. Restaurant and bar staff really nice.
Tax was not included in amount quoted by booking.com, crack in sink, and had to pay for wifi
we did not have hot water in November NY weather

That wifi is charged for, it should be a free service that is provided for by the hotel.
We forgot to take our insulated bag Out of THE refrigerator.lubba and her assistant found them and shipped them back to us.

It's a small thing but paying for internet access and having it cut off 24 hours is a pain. Internet should be free and stay connected for duration of stay.

Full bar- it was late, closed @ 11pm. we ate at the bar, my fiance was watching a game on the TV and the bar manager turned off the TV. Very eager to close up the bar w close to 10 full tables and 6 people at the bar. We missed our flight to Hawaii to see my fiance's father- who during 3 hrs from NJ- to NY JFK airport passed away, after getting that call, being frazzled- we missed our flight by minutes. We were hungry and wanted a drink- we got our meal 5 minutes to 11pm and felt rushed and didnt even finish because the entire bar staff was on high energy to GET OUT!

Shuttle very late at the airport on arrival. Ac very noisy. Bathroom small with just a shower( no bath tube). The check in woman not nice. Quality,choice,price of dinner served in bedroom

Shuttle service.... Spoke with staff and followed guidelines. Told me to plan for 45-minutes. I set aside 1.5-hours and was still 30-minutes late to a very important meeting. What really bothered me was the fact that the front staff, your direction materials and what the driver actually did is all different. Lodging nice, but the movement portion and experience, one of the worst I have ever had. I would of been better off walking......

Cabinet under sink in bathroom is in need of re-finishing. It was chipping and peeling. Draws did not work smoothly. In general bathroom needs renovation.

Bed had a broken mattress. Staff wouldn't let me stay another 30 minutes for late check-out without paying more money!. very inflexible

I arrive to Federal Circle Station that is the meeting point for shuttle services. Lot of shuttles coming for different hotels, but not Hilton. After 10-15 minutes I call the hotel, they explained I should have called upon arrival (nobody told me that when I booked the room), and that the van should arrive in 10minutes. After 15minutes another call because the shuttle did not arrive. They said "it is almost there"....another 10 minutes and nothing, another call with and international phone...10minutes more and finally the Hilton shuttle arrive. I asked the driver "what happens?",and in bad mood he told me to complain and ask in reception.
