“ Lovely Hotel,all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very close to JFK airport so excellant for overnight travel, The shuttle bus travels to the airport every 1/2 hour. A wonderful Hotel , there is Breakfast available from 6.00am until 11.00am and dinner available in the restaurant as well as a bar. I would certainly stay there again and reccommend it to any traveller. ”

The rooms were clean and spacious, no odor in the room except the 2nd floor hallway The steak was overlooked and burnt. It was charcoal black. I didn't eat it. No one checked on my satisfaction until I complained while paying. They gave a 20% discount on food, offered another piece to be roasted but it was too late

The location is ideal and offers free shuttle service to all JFK terminals every half hour. Loved the king bedded rooms with the walk in showers. Nice selection of amenities in the bathrooms. Overall a great place for an overnight stay

Close to jfk for us to park there and start or finish our overseas trip conveniently Staff especially young African American ladies at front desk need serious training for proper attitude and professionalism. They need to go to Ankara Hilton and see how staff treat customer. They are not helpful, they are surly, they are ignorant and they have a terrible attitude. Shuttle picking up customer from Federal Circles need tremendous improvement. I don't know whose fault is but when we call a lady picks up the phone and says 10 minutes, 15 minutes later gives another 5 minutes then bus still does not arrive while we are waiting hopelessly in the cold. I pay a lot of money for parking and that includes the shuttle cost, but we cant get a shuttle. There are other hotels and other parking and may be we should try them. I am loyal to Hilton, is Hilton loyal to me? Show me...

I room was clean I think the people at the front desk needs to be more honest when taking your money I know and some how am not a smoker and the room smell like that I stay out only came back when was time to sleep. And also I can't draw the drappe the sun on morning came in straight in my eyes I could get a good nite sleep

Location close to to JFK and the staff is very friendly. Rooms are very quiet. Every 30 min a shuttle to the airport.

The staff was nice. Booked it because of the pool, but it was closed the whole time. No hot water in the shower/tub. Advertises high speed internet connection availablein room, but wi-fi only.

Practical for an early departure from Jfk. Free Shuttle drops in 10' at the terminal. Personnal not very friendly, very standard service, restaurant food should be improved, small bathroom… too expensive for value

Not much. However the room was confortable. The Restaurant was crappy. On the first night the garlicbread was cold, they gve me a cracked glass with the water, the pizza was burnt and one of the children's burgers was rare. They apologised and did not bother to charge for the meals. On the other day the grilled cheese sandwich was burnt to a black crisp and yet it was still served to me, when it was returned the Waiter apologized since it was take away and he had not looked in the box. Then he returned with an overly greasy grilled cheese sandwich. I stayed on the executive floor. On the first night I was offered two cocktails free. On the second night the Receptionist said although he saw the entitement written on the card he was unsure and reluctantly gave me only one ticket for one cocktail. On the third night I did not bother to go back. I purchased a turkey sandwich from the deli in the lobby and it as so rotten and stink. I ordered room service of two Pizzas. When it came it was one pizza and a burger. He apologised and left and some several minutes later returned with the right order, by that time the first order had become cold. I do not believe that I would ever stay at this Hotel again. It was certainly not value for the over $1000.00 us paid for the three nights.
