Walking distance to everything Comfortable bed Beautiful home Relaxing jacuzzi Pleasant staff

Wifi was not available in my room Breakfast was comparable to a motels continental breakfast One window had no blinds, so no privacy at night and bright sun in the morning Jacuzzi tub doesn't have shower

Great location, nice room for a family on the first floor - room 1. Lots of space and clean.

Breakfast was OK nothing homemade and no Inn Keepers onsite most of the time we were there. A B & B typically has someone there to greet you and serve breakfast that was not the case here. Breakfast was left out on the counter and keys and a note were the welcome. Unusual for a B & B.

the location was excellent. the room was very comfortable.

there was no wi-fi. Even though I enjoyed the bath/Jacuzzi it would have been nice to have a shower.

Modernized bathroom Comfortable king bed Modernized kitchen/breakfast area

No owner presence; young staff person rarely present or visible to provide assistance. Absence of staff and unlocked front door pose a security risk. Some window blinds couldn't be lowered for privacy. No A/C in sitting room. Some furnishings tattered.

Great location. Can walk to most everything. Very roomy and beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Low water pressure in the showers. Advertised as having air conditioning, but house is not air conditioned. Need to let renters know that they need to notify you in advance to put in room AC units.

spacious, comfortable, cool AC, well-decorated, walkable distance to most things

From the moment we checked in through the moment we left, we never met a single person who worked there! It was a little strange and inconvenient to have no one around at all to ask questions or advice. They left a phone number to call, but we'd have preferred to meet in person. Breakfast (which magically appeared) was minimal... no eggs? Also, no wi-fi.

This B&B is a historic gem. It is an old mansion in the center of Newport ri and the interior furnishings are very special. If you like 19th Century décor and baroque type of mirrors and chandeliers, this is for you. It's also located not far from the Newport mansions and the Touro Synagogue. We took the suite on the top floor with a kitchen and we were able to make our own meals, and also there's a Jacuzzi. Biggest one I've seen.

I would say I was pleased overall.
