We arrived late, around 9 pm, to find the window in our room wide open. It was freezing. Closing the window and turning up the heat solved that in a while. The sink wouldn't drain, so I lifted the stopper to find months of hair and disgusting crud hanging some 12 inches from it. There was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. The staff was, if not surly, at least unfriendly. Not the least bit helpful. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner or breakfast. Closest place to eat was in West Yellowstone, 30 minutes away. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Nice location a little outside of the park but it's a scenic drive. Dinner was good, accommodations excellent and the staff member who we met was very personable. Only real negative is that there's not a huge number of choices on the menu, the bar closes early and it's a long drive to any other dinner option. That said, the cabins are self-catering so you could quite easily make your own dinner if desired.

It is on the Lakeshore, very nice view of the Henry's Lake. The rooms are newly decorated. It is a little far (>25 miles) from the Yellowstone park and took us some time to get there. Also, with only the basic services provided this price was a little high.

We thought the cabin was clean and nice. They have a coffee maker (no coffee supplied), refrigerator, and microwave The weeds were to long to park in. The food prices at the market were to high way to high. The staff were nice to me but rude and indifferent to my wife. They charge 2 dollars for a small coffee to me and charged my wife 4 dollars for two Large coffee the man told me one set of prices and the lady charged my wife another. The Bar-B-Que was dirty and there is only one far away from the cabins. They advertise 89.00 for 1/2 day boat rental but charged me $111.00 with no explanation. The restaurant was never open for any meal.

When we were trying to find the location we got lost and called for help, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful The description of our room when we booked it failed to mention we had to stay in a room in the basement. I did not like the fact that there is no parking, it is a free for all.. Our room was also pretty dirty and had a hint of a mold smell..the room gave me and my girlfriend a bit of a creepy, eerie feeling so we slept with the lights on. Also, if we would have been able to cancel and get a refund after seeing it we would have done so asap

Very nice looking cabin near water, quiet countryside envirenment. No aircon, a bit hot during the summer day time; disordered yard; no room cleansing when you are out during the day; can't get WiFi signal in the cabin (it is said you need to be near the counter to get the Wifi); blanket is very old and doesn't look clean; staff is not quite friendly, don't expect the feeling in everage hotels.

It is about 20 minutes drive from west yellowstone, but provide you a refresh feeling of the countryside. The ranch resort is comfortable and well built, the natural seeing around the ranch is impressive. The horse riding or fishing activities are quite intensive and cheaper comparing with those in yellowstone. Food choice is very limited. Need to prepare by yourselves.

pretty surroundings my son enjoyed the swing set and arcade. 20 minute drive to Yellowstone. Our room had a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and stove (but you do have to plan on bringing your own silverware/plates pots and pans) washer/dryer available. Family run business. Admittedly, I'm a germaphobe. The old, dirty worn out linens and towels gave me a mini panic attack.Good news--bedbug check came up clear :-)). The kitchen/bathrooms were clean. only 3 tv stations(which could be a plus for some)--forces you to interact with the people you are with. If you want the feel of a rural "camping type" vacation-- you will appreciate it. It's definitely not a 5 star luxury hotel but did have it's charm. I would stay there again but would bring my own sheets in addition to kitchen supplies.

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I stayed here due to the cost difference of staying in West Yellowstone, should have though. The room I had was a studio. Being I was alone it worked out ok. Had I been with another, we would bave been falling over ourselves. The door would not open without hitting the bed. The small fridge door hit the bed. Room did have a microwave and coffee pot, but no coffee. Shower was very small and ran out of hot water rather quickly. Would not stay here again.

The design of the cabin was very functional and cute. For the price of the room I expected a much more comfortable bed and pillow.. They were very poor!
