It's location. Close to the Smugglers Notch Ski Resort. This is the second time we have stayed there and probably will be the last. The heat in the room didn't work and the temps at night were in the 20s. We were offered an electrical space heater but that should be for emergency purposes, not for continuous use. Both times we were here the wi-fi was unreliable. It would stay connected for only a few seconds. As a result of this experience we found another place to stay at that is cheaper and much more comfortable.

The older lady who helped me out was so kind and thoughtful. Her name escapes me now, but she actually spoke with me on the phone and led me to the hotel when I got lost. She was very accommodating and so nice.

The staff was pleasant, helpful, and aimed to please. Our room was large, clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was a quiet location with easy access and parking. We would highly recommend Deer Run to others and would stay there again when traveling in Vermont.

Motel économique à comparer aux autres hôtels du coin. Excellente situation géographique pour aller skier ou faire de la randonnée. Lit confortable. Pour aller dormir seulement.... Vieux motel qui pourrait être mieux entretenue. Odeur de cigarette partout dans le motel. Chauffage contrôlé par la propriétaire. Pas de café, pas de séchoir. Ménage au minimum, vite fait.
