Great, modern, clean apartment room with facilities such fridge, cooker. Everything is spotless. Brilliant helpful staff. Location is an advantage if you wanna be right in the middle of it.

The noise is pretty bad. They need to put carpet down in the hallway. We got woken up several times by drunken people coming back, in the middle of the night.

I like the location and the design of the appartment, the staf were friendly and helpful and specialy the front disk staff lady.

we were 5 people 3 adults and 2 children age 15 and 13 and we have to use one bathroom, i belive that for thee bed room apartment as we have booked we shall have at least two bathrooms. find the hotel was little difficiult for me the hotel sign shall be more exposed and easy to find and especialy the valet parking sign

very clean, great location, friendly staff, fun decor, there is no quiet room in south beach unless you have major cash to pay for one north of 15th near the James, etc. So know that if you stay on/near ocean drive and collins ave. you will hear noise...motorcycles, loud music from cars, drunk people leaving bars in the middle of the night yelling down the street, trash trucks, construction noise, etc. It's part of the experience. It's not a reflection of the hotel. It's South Beach.

If you want to stay in South Beach, this location is simply perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful, the room/studio clean, fresh and well equipped. We loved it!

South Beach is lively at night and it's rather loud. Parking is not easy (especially on weekends when even public parking fills up) but the staff was very helpful.

Location and easy access to room. Security at night. It felt like home. Fresh Starbucks coffee to make at your own convenience. Plenty of sitting and plenty of outlets.

Shower pressure was not very powering to be able to take effective showers and to remove sand of body after coming back from the beach.

The location was perfect close to the beach and just one street from ocean drive. You could walk everywhere. The apartment was cleaned everyday and was a good size and wasn't too much noise from the other guests and we liked the self catering aspect with a fully equipped kitchen.

The noise from the street at night was quite loud due to the proximity to ocean drive. The fridge in the apartment was very noisy and would wake us up at all hours but you did get used to it, and the shower was ok but the pressure wasn't good and after a day in the very hot sun you just wanted a nice powerful shower.

Location. Right in the heart of South Beach. Easy check in and out. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Spotless! Nice kitchenette. Great pricing.

Very poor lighting in bathroom. Bathroom is extremely minimal in amenities (no counter space at all, very cheap fixtures). VERY NOISY. (Didn't matter which side of hotel as we stayed in 2 different rooms to try to get some sleep).

Our stay at the Jetset Franklin was incredible. It was like home away from home. We arrived very early in the morning and there was someone waiting for us and has the room ready even tough the check-in was at noon. During our stay we enjoyed the amenities of the room: full kitchen were we had breakfast, nice coffee and tea. The room was spotless and they made it every day. The staff is super nice and are always making sure you are comfortable and having a great time. They are very familiar which was very nice. On our last they, they let us use the room the whole day because our flight was very late at night. That was extremelly nice! Thank you very much, we really enjoyed the hotel, its great location on South Beach and everything it has to offer. We are definately going back!

Parking is hard, but that is the case all over MB.

The staff here bend over backwards to accomodate you. For Miami the price was very reasonable, the location was excellent. Easy walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants, this place runs parallel to Ocean Drive. Fun, lively and very expensive Ocean Drive!!!

We stayed in a 2 bed, accomodating six people. Two couples and a single person. Only one bathroom, not ideal at all. Hence not much privacy.
