Didn't like the fact that breakfast wasn't complimentary. I think it should be for starwood guest.
I like d shuttle bus to the airport. Good idea
The was an ice vending machine right across from my room, which was a bit loud.
Due to a flight delay I arrived at the hotel at 1:45am and had to leave to catch my connection at 4am. Despite the late hours, it was a pretty smooth experience. Shuttle was reasonably quick to arrive to pick us up after a phone call from the airport, and punctual on the way back. Front desk lady was helpful and room was OK (I'm pretty sure it was a recently renovated).
The restaurant was a little expensive
Restaurant was good. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. We stayed overnight and caught a flight the next morning, would stay there again.

The airconditioning (or central air heater) kicks in frequently (every hour or so) - a little difficult to get used to for people who are not familiar with this kind of noise. Still we would come back again.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean, tidy and well equipped place (except for the missing creamer and sugar for the coffee inside the room). One must take a cab to get there but for the way back to the airport you can use the shuttle service for free.
We felt very uncomfortable with the restrooms. It was a no lock, wide gap between the doors style. Very poor design !!

Everything. It was SO much better than the Best Western nearby, where I stayed on the "to" part of my trip while waiting for the next day's plane! Friendly, efficient staff, loved the hot drinks and cookies out at reception too. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes is excellent! Nice, clean room, nice bed, overall wonderful. DEFINITELY recommend. Only stayed overnight as "from" part of trip, landed in the evening and took off the next morning.
We left the hotel the last night of our 3 night reservation because the rude receptionist said we had no reservations. I went up to our room twice 10pm at night and room key did not work. On the third attempt to the front desk she gave me a new key and I walked into my room with no room service. When I called the front desk the rude receptionist said I had no reservation. (Why the key?)The booking site called and verified the 3 night reservation. It was now 11pm at night after much back and forth with a rude receptionist, no room service, or accommodation so we left the hotel. No one from management or costumer services reached out to us! The booking site also made a complaint.

reception/front desk.. And smell of marijuana in hall way one night. But never smelled it again afterwards.
I like the room service they were very hospitable, the front desk however is not so welcoming. Guess the can take a hospitality management training.

The fact that j got a decent place to sleep in new york
Booking made via Booking.com, confirmation email received. I got there and the receptionist never found it into his systems. Very rude receptionist and not helpful at all! I would have expected and apology and a nice welcoming despite of the issue! Also the bedroom has not been cleaned properly, it was all dusty! For the check out, the receptionist (another) again very rude when asking for information! Not a good experience at all! I must mention the staff of the restaurant was very nice and smiley. This hotel needs to invest in trained receptionist and make sure they are happy with their jobs as they are clearly not at the moment!
Terrible noise between 2 and 4am in the hallways.

This was an overnight stay prior to flying home. We paid for the room upfront yet were required to leave a €50 deposit! Seemed slightly unfair given that we paid cash for our meals. Also the shuttle is very small and could not accommodate all the passengers. We were first down for this shuttle yet this was not acknowledged when it arrived and had I not been quick off the mark we would have not got a seat as we were pushed out of the way by others
-room service charge excessive -parking fee excessive -old menu in room, kitchen gave us a hard time -waited 40 minutes for one of the two luggage carts ended up carrying everything ourselves in 3 trips and we were parked down the block because there was no parking. Asked front desk for lunar cart a few time and they just said someone must have the other one in their room -checked out early and paid for the night because the icemaxhine across our room was so loud we could not stay there another night and not sleep.

On arrival , staff couldn't find my booking . Got sorted in the end , however werent particularly helpful

Stayed for one night after late flight great location good size room huge bed and very comfy perfect after long flight
Booked wake up call for 5.15am, awoke with a start at 6.40am to attempt to catch a flight at 8.00am. Staff very apologetic at lack of wake up call, but no real reason supplied, had to stay an extra night, which was advised would be at original rate, have now received the bill and this is not the case.
