NOTHING AT ALL!!! POOR OPERATION RUN BY WHO???? BUT OF COURSE.....
WHERE DO I START..... #1 YOU HAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND STILL HAVE TO PAY A $40.00 DOLLAR DEPOSIT. FOR WHAT???? THIS WAS NOT STATED ON BOOKING.COM NOR ON JFK INN WEBSITE. #2 THE HOTEL IS RUN LIKE A MOTEL, THE BATHROOM WAS NOT UP TO STANDARD. I HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK TO GET THE HOT WATER TO COME ON. #3 THE DOOR TO THE ROOM WAS CRACKED AND DID NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY. IT HAD TO NO HOOK ON THE INSIDE TO LOCK FOR SECURITY. ASK TO BE MOVED AND THEY HAD NO MORE ROOMS. #4 THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE A SHUTTLE TO TAKE YOU TO THE AIRPORT. THE GUY THAT WAS DRIVEN PICKED UP HIS FRIEND FROM THE CLUB. THEN I THOUGHT WE WAS GOING TO THE AIRPORT INSTEAD I GET DROPPED OFF AT.... THEY TAKE YOU TO A TRAIN AND BUS STATION WOW!!! SO MISLEADING. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!
I was make to wait for the rooms more than 5 hrs. It's totally unprofessional. I would like very much to claim back my money. I check in 4:30am and check out 10am
Customer service was great This is a cozy affordable alternate when you need a stay for your flight
Breakfast was okay
Dorothy and the night Shuttle driver were really awesome.
The morning shuttle driver just left my bags unattended whilst I went to take a cart not safe and didnt appreciate that at all.The guy at the front desk in the morning couldn't even smile or greet bad customer service for a front desk agent
First, the receptionist gave us a room that wasnt ieven cleaned. Than when I came home, I noticed some bites all over my right arm. They became even bigger over night. Getting in touch with the management over the weekend.
Staff was pleasant and accommodating.
The first thing I saw when walking into the room were 2 big roaches.
Very close to the JFK airport. The receptionists were great and welcoming! The facilities were okay for a single night stay.
No elevator and no one to help take bags to room. The driver who took me back to the airport was grumpy and not very helpful.
I was with two children and had to make a stair to the third floor with no help on the luggage...
close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport provided
everything dirty old and smelly. the bed was dirty.
Great airport pickup and delivery. Quick and promptly done. Good breakfast with nutritious offerings.
Bad location - uncomftable beds - poor breakfast - no elevator - cold and dirty in the rooms and very very noisy from the highway just outside the window. Will never go back!
The price, the WiFi worked and the employees were nice.
It did not have handicapped parking and the entry door was heavy for a person with a cane and bags. I had to park in the back late at night and walk up a hill with my cane to get to the front door since the back door is kept locked.
location to airport.
conditions were old. motel next to bus parking lot-4:30 am buses warming up. Shuttle service only certain time not mentioned in your ad. only that shuttle was provided. will never stay there again let alone recommend to anyone.
I did not like the smell of the corridor leading to the rooms downstairs. And the fact that we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs was also stressful. The bedside clock was 30 minutes late I almost lost my flight.
I think this is not an accurate description on the website. Information has to be up-to-dated: - "This modern 3-storied building hosts 75 spacious, non-smoking rooms.." - should be replaced by: "This musty hotel offers rooms in the basement with a window view for the wall" - "Or start your day of traveling and pleasure with a buffet-style complimentary breakfast" should be added: "...some stale croissant with an apple jam. - "If you are stranded at the JFK Airport, just dial (*67) from the Hotel Call Center located at every terminal in the airport, and we will come and get you" precisely: just call us and wait 20 minutes, then if nothing happens call us once more and the receptionist will inform you that the driver is on the way. Then wait another 20 minutes and call again - the same receptionist will tell you the same. Observe with envy other hotels shuttle buses and repeat phone calls every 10 minutes. Finally, after one hour, driver will arrive. And be carefull, there is one more nasty surprise: do not ask hotel for the shuttle at the departure day - they are never on time.
I like good bed for my money when I sleep in a hotel, I like to have a access to good Wi-Fi and access in and out the hotel but one of the door is broken and people have one access in and out the hotel, fix it!!!! And when I buck the hotel they haven't tell me about $99 dollars security deposits bad hotel management you guy have there.... Everything about my first experience in this hotel is bad. I stay in howard johnson in jamaca queens, very nice and clean and the bed was good omg thanks that all I have to say for now if not I will keep going and going...
Close to the airport, good shuttle service
Very basic breakfast,
Location is good
Very expansive as compared to other cities
You need to fix the outdoor JFK Inn sign as my taxi passed it without seeing the dark sign at night- I almost gave up on my reservation as a result of not locating your Inn. The breakfast you have is marginal compared to similar priced inns so I won't be back based on this alone. Can't you have some fruit available?
Close to JFK Airport
If this hotel would be located any where else in the US it would have cost between $ 40 and $60
Location is near to airport They allowed to sit in lobby for 3 more hours. And had my luggage stored for some time when i left the room
the apperance and talks of front office are very bad. No lift and no one to help to take the luggage upstairs,it was of great difficulty, the stairs were too steep. Breakfast was very bad-no fruits, just had donuts, bread, egg, cereals, cofee, juice.none seems to eat it. Rooms were small and the sheets were too old,not comfortable.used my own sheets.bathroom was too small.didnt cleaned my room on my 2 day stay at all.they hv no airport drop off aftr 330 pm.pickup also not frm airport.they wont allow over stay even for 2 hours.one lady reached and told me at 1230 they will charge 15 dollars for every 1 hr i stay in room. Never recommend the hotel.
We really liked the turtle in the little pond in the foyer.
That the breakfast had no pancakes!
the whole place. rude people. dirty things smelly bed. no never. I wouldn't have stayed of my original hotel place didn't mess me up.
Helpful staff. Comfortable room. very good breakfast.
Had to ring and wait an hour for the shuttle. Noisy in the morning with the school bus parking lot outside the window. Awake because of the noise by 5.30am.
