Very good location and very clean
Ideal as a first night stopover. With a free transfer, so good value for money.
1) location 2) free pick up and drp to federal circle 3) breakfast 4) Very good quality wifi
1) Very dark and dingy lobby 2) Coffee maker did not work 3) Room smelly and carpets dirty 4) For the above room tariff band should be usd 50 - $80 definitely not worth usd 170 per night i was charged
Nothing, nada, zilch.
First room had flooded bathroom. Linens had yellow stains. Second room had bed bugs. Linens had blood spots and yellow stains. Girl at the front desk was not even surprised at this info and gave me a refund immediately. Stay away from this property.
nothing in particular
Shuttle in the morning was prompt. Breakfast was sufficient.
After complaining about the room we were allocated we were assigned a room on the first floor. Much cleaner and lighter than the first room in the basement. My question, why were we given the disgusting room in the basement in the first place?
The first room were given was in the basement, with very little natural light coming through small window. During the night we saw cockroaches in the bathroom. We thought that this was the standard of hotel/ motel.
Breakfast - even though they could reduce the styrofoam for environmental purposes. checked me upon arrive despite arriving at 6 am!
wake up call never came. almost missed flight No way to call them for the shuttle from the airport. Shower faucet was broken... couldn't take a shower until hours after I checked at.
The carpets around the hotel were dirty, old and smelly. The bathroom was fair but room smelt a bit stale with unclean carpet
The staff could not have been more helpful - sorting taxis and looking up information on the internet - thank you
The bathroom was a little "tired".
Hotel has one upside - close to the airport by cab around 13$
Standard of the hotel was poor, it was a cold september night and we have only a sheet to cover - not enought, windows does not stop street noises - too expensive for this standard
The bed was ok
The smoke smell through out. The marrow stair case I had to drag all out luggage up. It wasn't cleaned well. The lobby was a dive. Unsecured parking. Looked like sketchy characters in the hotel. Seriously, the worst experience and I rarely complain!
proximity to JFK
building inside too old, does not look clean,
Close to airport and fulfills the need of a clean comfortable sleep before moving on to the city. Particularly useful if your flight arrives late, as mine did (2:30 am). I was happily moved to another room when lights did not work in first.
Lights in first room did not work, noisy next to bus station (I did during daylight, however, find the window was open!). Lack of toilet paper in the bathroom.
Stuffs tryed to solve eaven tiniest problem you asked, great custom service. They was very helpful and really cares they customer. Thank you all for everything ! Pia From Finland
The airport pick up was good
The wifi was only available in the lobby, the room had dated and had an unkempt utmosphere, when checking out, I was told the shuttle wasn't available even thought I was 10 minutes ahead of the 8.30 departure time. I asked for a metered taxi and the male receptionist/front office attendant called one that didn't have a meter and charged me $15 from the hotel to the Federal Circle, less than 5 minutes away. When asked about the meter, the taxi driver said that was his rate and the hotel should have told me. You could see it was the attendant's friend and I was conned as a visitor. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this neglected hotel with the worst service I've seen in recent times
The simplicity, and the reasonable price for the purpose of stay.
The tip-need, for shuttle bus (just unused to tipping culture :)
Good shuttle service, close to airport
Really scuzzy hotel. Very worn rugs, small rooms. This should be significantly less money due to the caliber of hotel.
Wifi Fish & turtle Air con
Dorothy booking a 6:10am shuttle calling my room to confirm. Man next morning arguing about it saying no, called a cab. Plastic on mattress?? Dirty carpets Shuttle service only one van???
room in underground floor, the walls peel. NO quilt, had to sleep with quilt cover WITHOUT clean bed sheet
The shuttle no come to the air port
Only the transfer to the airport
Carpets in corridors and in room smelt dirty. Expected something to crawl out and bite.
The service was excellent. Price was cheap. It was really worth staying here.
What i did not like was not he hotels fault. My interest were in Bronx and Manhattan and it was about an hour by train everything was far. But like i said it had nothing to do directly with the hotel.
Close to airport
Dirty old carpet throughout hotel, Dated toilet/shower,
