they picked me up from Sirport late at night.

I could not get a ride back to airport right away. pay attention to their sign at desk of what times they leave.

Quiet ambience. Specious room. Pick up from and dropping at Airport. Free Wi Fi, Breakfast, Tea Coffee all the time.

Lack of Information for tourist. No international electrical adapter in room or lobby (so if you have non-US electrical gadget E.G. Laptop, camera, mobile charger; you cannot operate.) Same breakfast everyday. No change in menu & very limited choice. Weak Wi Fi signal in room. Delay in pick up from Airport

Just didn't feel clean. I was concerned about the carpet and the bedspread. Lighting was inadequate. Breakfast was sparce

The staff were very friendly

The wifi never worked in the rooms. As a business traveller, it made my stay miserable as I could not even send an email. So sad and annoying!!!

the timings of check -in should be before 12 noon , as passengers who traveled in night like to check in before 12 Noon.

I like the fact this hotel is close to the airport. The room was clean.

It is too noisy. I spend one night and i couldnt fall to sleep until 3am. there were a lot of guest that were loud and slamming doors.

I really liked the staff. Very friendly. And, a man named, I think his name was KK got someone to drive me on an early shuttle. Very helpful!

The room was smelly (smelled kind of like an old folks home...like urine) and the bed was hard.

I would love to have a microwave an a refrigerator in the room.

The breakfast is not various.You have the same menu every day.

the lady at the front desk refuse to return my security deposit also there were no wash clothes inside the room

The hotel staff was not courteous to my family's needs.the hotel room was nasty,unclean,cold and filled with musty and mildew smell. I have breast cancer and advised the staff of my condition,they did not show empathy nor did they offer a refund...I Left the hotel sick and unsatisfied. I have never had an experience as this.this hotel looked as though it was a drug haven for drug dealers. Due to the uneasiness, unpleasant and unsanitary conditions I will be contacting the board of health.

It's was a great cheap place to stay for the Christmas Holidays. For the prices in this time of year I found it to be pretty fair at least for being New York. I stood Dec. 23-25 2012 and returned back on Jan. 2-5 2013. I enjoyed the room 217 so much that I was name after the room "Lady 217" haha.. They had everything I needed: Free WiFi, Free breakfast and the staff was very helpful from the front desk Hugo, Stacey, Jackie, Eric & there was another tall front desk young man who did my check out and was very helpful he's from one of the caribbean Islands we spoke for a while he's such a charm as well. Jfk Inn's staff are like a 5 star Hotel/Resort personnel. They made my stay very comfortable. We almost became family since I would only come out of my room to use microwave at front-desk..on my second stay I did not have the luck to stay in my favorite room and there were a discrepancy with the refrigerator but it was taken care the next day very early..Eric was very helpful and polite.. The cleaning staff are very helpful as well. All rooms are non-smoking and they are very concern with that law. What can I say from the front-desk staff to the Shuttle driver a very helpful and friendly. Free Shuttle to the airport. For a 2 Stars hotel and being New York 5 minutes away from jfk I found it to be great! Would definitely recommend for those who need to be near the airport.

Did not have Inn phone no. Did not know when shuttle would arrive Got ripped off by fake taxi for $50 (they said shuttle wasn't working)

that I asked for a room not far from the reception as I had big luggage and my request was granted without any trouble. I asked for a reliable taxi to a mall as it was late and the duty receptionist organised that within a few minutes and explained to the taxi driver that I needed to get to Greensquare? before 9 pm and this was already nearly 8pm! He even made sure I had a Hotel card in case I got lost, then I could call!! Caring person.

that I had to pay 15 for the Shuttle to go to Terminal 4. NOT that it was expensive, BUT that this was not mentioned at booking. Infact there is misleading information that there is a shuttle to the Airport and from the Airport!!

Location mid of ghetto. Hotel looked & felt old worn. We were put on top floor across from noisy bar. Had to get out of bed to manually close 2 doors in hallway to block noise of doors being slammed shut. Complained to front desk, told mngr would reply...no response yet.

The locatin is in a rather seedy area.

It was close to jfk Airport and I needed a bed for eight hours and they had one !

Dirty old worn carpet in my room, place needed a lick of paint. I also did not like the unfriendly bloke on reception when I arrived. Very off- putting. Smile mate, you're in America and its your job.

They have charged extra dollor 25 which not returned til now , I called them but answer was not ok you are requested to return my deposit 25 dollor

Very sleazy gross motel. I don't think they have updated anything since 1970, not just the looks of it but the filth has built up from the 70's too! There were stains on the box spring and sheets. The bathroom faucet had a trickle coming out and the shower was not much better. I got the room by using my phone from the airport as we had a 7 hour layover and just needed a place to crash and shower for a few hours. I was shocked at how didgusting this place was! I didn't expect a lot but I was actually even scared here!
