Name-Nathan Porter? Bellman -exceptional representative of company. Parking valet -very good. Registration rep-very good..Size of room. location
Hallway on 4th floor-very smelly/like old smoke and dated. Said it was a king size bed but I'm pretty sure it was a queen. The push by the concierge forsales.
Location and price were perfect.
The location is brilliant. In the shadow of the Cosmopolitan and close to the Bellagio, it's kind of tucked away and so in the middle of the madness, but not really. Big space, with livinng room, dining table, kitchen and bedroom. Plus lots of other things like gym and pool etc.
It is a timeshare place, but you will not be exposed to it apart from the odd sign here or there. We loved to make our own breakfast, as US portions are just too big for these Europeans.
The location was amazing. The room was incredibly spacious for two people. Staff were always friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Can hardly complain really! The wifi could be improved.
Fantastic rooms and fantastic price. You don't get the amenities of the larger casino's but a short walk from your room gets you into the Cosmopolitan where you can gamble, eat, and drink to your heart's content.
The "mini market" was nice to have and had fair prices, but it was a bit of a mess. Additionally, I was not able to turn the thermostat down to a temperature that allowed me to be comfortable (sorry, but 68º is too hot for me to sleep).
The location is perfect! The facilities are great. The bell boys were all great. Mostly Stephen! What a warm welcome! The kitchen fully equipped and great HKPG services.
The distance of where my room was located. No view at all. Internet was not working very well on the first night I was there but then all was fixed.
First time at the Jockey Club, and I was very impressed. Great location and fantastic room. Best deal in Vegas. Kitchenette was perfect and shuttle to grocwry store saved headache and $$ for meals. Would definitely stay again.
Great location and the cost saving convenience of a suite with kitchen.
The only complaint I have is the very strong chemical smell of the room. Please find a way to clean/disinfect without whatever it is you are currently using. It almost caused me to request a room change or move elsewhere.
Almost part of the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Large room with TV in bedroom and LR. Very reasonably priced for the strip and no resort fees, includes swimming pool. Free parking in the cosmopolitan self park level B3.
Convenience store in building ridiculously expensive. Do yourself a favour and stop at 7-11 on the way.
nice location. good price.
The room was better then expected. It had everything for a complete stay.
Your not guaranteed a view. I woke up to a wall with dirty vents everyday. They market the hotel with the view but it's not what you get.
Location and facilities - nice to be able to go backand put your own food together. Spacious suites with good facilitiies
Kitchen well supplied Furnishings lovely and of good quality Nice floor plan layout
Loved that it had kitchen while traveling with an infant. Great location just between Ballagio and Cosomo
Staff can use some training on how to be courteous and friendly. People approach you to but timeshare (geo holidays) which is operated by 2nd floor. The rooms could use new comforters and mattress. I got bad backache on those mattress
We loved the position, enabling us to walk everywhere (or catch a bus). We loved the facilities of Jockey Club, and the fact that we didn't have to walk through a smoke filled casino ! Highly recommended!
value for money location
Very close to the strip, central, quiet, comfortable rooms with space. Not a luxury destination but you don't spend much time in your room in Vegas so it was fine for us.
location, full kitchen, large suite
view of cosmo back wall
The room is very big and clean and the bed is incredible. The shower is also great. There's a living room and a well equiped kitchen. It is also silent as the bedroom is far from the door
It's not that i didn't like it, but it's worth mentioning: the hotel is behind the Cosmopolitan, so there's no front entrance neither a good view from the room. It feels like you are always entering the hotel from the employee entry.
Ideal location to other big hotels and shows! You don't have to trek through middle of casino with luggage.
Parking is great but entry into property is tricky. The sidewalk/street needs a pedestrian light or else you can wait several minutes before you can turn into the property driveway...and all while dodging drunk pedestrians!
The size of the rooms was excellent. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room.
Close to the strip. large room
Too much noise at night
We found the hotel a joy to stay at. Will stay there again & recommend it highly.
Great location in the heart of the strip. Big room with kitchen and living area. Sleeping are was separated by doors from the living area and the kitchen. I would repeat if available in my next visit
The whole complex feels a bit outdated, but was to be expected given the price
View was brilliant and rooms were spacious ...beds large and comfortable ...great value
