Jockey Resort Suites    

I really liked the feel of being home having everything a small apartment has to offer; and the recreation area was great. Very cozy and pretty. Loved the BBQ area and the gym/Jacuzzi.

Location excellent in downtown LV Comfortable suite with ability to self cater if needed (we didn't). Very clean. Hotel itself was quiet despite being in the middle of LV

Reception staff unwelcoming and incompetent. Couldn't find our reservation on arrival, couldn't order a taxi on departure. Some suites (including ours) have a view out onto a blank wall.

Everything! The staff were GREAT! The room was huge and clean, beds were super comfy and the shower was one of the best we had in the states. A fantastic bonus with the Hotel is that they're literally "attached" the fabulous Cosmopolitan. Due to this, you get direct lift access straight into the Cosmo and you have access to the amazing pool and parties there. Definitely recommend this place!

Well stocked rooms, although I didn't use anything other than the iron. Plenty of room. Other reviewers online said that place was dirty and had poor service, but my group had three rooms, and all were just great.

Hard to get around within the facility due to layout and lack of signage. Since this is a condo, I realize the owners would probably rather not have it look and feel like a hotel, and I understand that.

I liked it that since I was travelling with another family that we were all together in one room and that when we had a guest there was a place separate from the bedrooms to entertain her. It was also close to Las Vegas Blvd. which was like the main road so it was easy for us to just walk around the area. Convenience was such a big factor in this trip.

There was practically little or nothing at all to dislike.

Great location. Quiet. Large room. Cost effective. Comfy bed.

Our privacy was "invaded" by a cable television crew that arrived at 9 A.M. on the day we were checking out, and stayed even after we did check out. Valet parking starts at 12 midnight, so you pay twice (if you check in at 8 P.M., then again when you leave the next day).

I liked the location.

Expected the property to be comparable to other time shares that I have stayed in, but was very disappointed.The carpet was dirty,the furniture was old and scratched.The only windows in the unit faced another building.I felt the layout of the room was not good. If additional people were staying in the unit on the couch,they would have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The bedroom did not have a door between the living room and the bedroom.

Cheap, clean, well maintained, accessible from the strip, free WiFi, kitchen and dinning area was a big help. We got the 2 BR suite :)

Design a little bit out dated. Other than that everything was fine.

Good location just a 1 minute walk to Bellagio fountain. Nice kitchen in the room.

The room we got was very old and should be renovated. All you will be able to see from your window is opposite wall and nothing else.

The location is supurb. Staff were very helpful. It was excellent to have free wifi & printing. The shuttle shopping trip was also a great asset. Being able to use the pool at The Cosmopolitan was a thankful bonus.

The rooms were not of the standard shown on the website. The renovations had not reached the rooms we were given. It was very dated. The first room we were given was dull as it looked out onto a brick wall. Fortunately, we were moved to a better, lighter outlook. The website misrepresents the rooms. The pool area was disappointing as the sun never shines on it!!

The room we stayed in was very spacious and clean for the price. I did like the pool and hot tub area and they have a sauna too. It is right on the strip if that is what you are lookin for too.

I'm not from the city so maybe I wasn't expecting it but the room was a real pain in the rear end to get to. Parking was also very difficult. The staff isn't the best at explaining things or helping out and they tell you it is easy to get to. We had to park and walk about 5 miles it seemed to even get to our room. I will not be staying here again, but rather at a hotel right off the strip like the Royal Resort. A lot less hassle for sure.

After a very friendly, warm and efficient welcome we were shown to our room (558 in The Derby Tower). There were 4 of us on our party (my sister and I and our elderly parents) so we were looking for a condo with lots of space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. We were extremely pleased with the condo we were allocated. It was very clean, the maid service was excellent and in very good condition. I had also asked for a room with a view of The Strip and we got one....perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better location on the Strip, very central next to The Bellagio and The Cosmopolitan and opposite Paris. Parking was so easy too in The Cosmopolitans car park. Coming north up the Strip, turn left at Harmon (staying in the right lane of the 3 turning left) and then turn right into The Cosmo., Follow the self park signs and take the down ramp, turn left, down the next ramp, turn left, forward a bit and then down the next ramp, you are now on level b3 (if staying at The Jockey Club, you can park on this level). Drive straight ahead and take the next left, the elevators to The Jockey Club are straight ahead of you. Look for the green & red lights over each parking space, green = a free space I would thoroughly recommend staying here it offers great value for money and the location is excellent. We will certainly stay again.

Close proximity to business conference location & other city amenities.

Parking was awkward for loading/unloading but considering the value and location I would still recommend this location to others.

The location is great. The Suite was spacious and ideal for families. Great bed!

Our suite didn't have any good view. It's just a big concrete wall despite requesting for a view. The TV's are outdated as well!

Locatoin, Price, kind and resposive house keeping, reasonable parking fee.

1. We could not find this hotel. Address shown was 3700 Las Vegas Blvd. However, it was a Cocmopolitan hotel at this address. Your hotel was hiding behind Cosmopolitan, and it took us a few stops and asking people around to find this hotel. 2.One receptionist was kind and polite, however, she spoked so fast, that we could hardly understud her.

Only one of the receptionists working in the evening shift was unfriendly and not helpful at all. (An asian female) Otherwise, all staff are very helpful and understanding.

We like the location because it is in the middle of the strip.If you get rooms facing the Bellaggio, it is an awesome view of the fountain, strip and mountains. We also like that there is a kitchen and bbq at the pool for meals, as well as the shuttle to the grocery store.

Although the kitchens and bathrooms appear to be updated some of the furniture and carpeting especially need replacing.

Location

The room is old, the carpet was filthy and so was the bathroom floor, the living room couch stunk, I was under the impression by the room description when I booked the room that the master bedroom had a king bed Wrong, it had two queen beds. The hotel staff are not helpful at all because I booked through a 3rd party the hotel refused to reassign me a new room. Overall horrible experience and I will never book that hotel again!!!

Staff was exceptionally kind and helpfull. My room was great with 2 rooms and all possible facilities.

My window looked directly to the concrete wall of the next skyscrapper hotel (even though it was 8th floor). Windows on opposite side should have a great view to the Bellago hotel with its dancing fontains

Location. On the strip but set back so extremely quiet and low key. Connected to The Cosmopolitan so easy access to Vegas action. 1 bedroom unit with full kitchen. Small gym. Free parking. Great rate.

Older complex. Hotels built up around it mean no views and dark rooms.
