I'd have been pretty depressed staying in the first room we were given as it was very dark and had zero view. I'd recommend you take care when booking to make sure you get a room with a view.
The first room we were given had no view at all - just a concrete wall. I complained and we were upgraded to a large suite with a great view looking over to the Eiffel Tower and the top of Bellagio fountains, which was great. Very spacious Very quiet - especially considering how close it is to the Strip Great location Handy to have a kitchen
The rooms here are dark and bleak. Dark furniture, dark carpet, dark cabinetry. The carpet was worn and in need of stretching or replacement. Not one picture on any wall in the unit.
Common areas. Nice pool, hot tub, gym areas. Our unit had a nice view of the strip.
The WiFi lacks speed and reliability. No wired Ethernet connection available in-room either. The decor is well worn and dated but relatively clean throughout.
Straight forward pricing with no resort fees or surprises! Fully prepped accommodations to fulfill all your basic needs and more, with large suites and kitchenettes. Bus stop, taxis, trams and monorail all nearby for easy transportation options. Free shuttle to popular local spots scheduled daily for shopping and site seeing.
Wasn't a bad experience but wish we had done our home work and got a room with a view of the Strip
How the Resort was close to everything especially the Belagio
Parking is a little difficult but nothing to worry about.
Great rooms, comfy beds, very clean. Family couldn't believe what we got for the price!
With the price you paid there's no any complains. Everything is good. People are good, infrastrure good and best location on the strip. Can not find out any competitors overall.
The staff was awesome..I will all stay there again for sure...
sofa and chair were old and dated, walk down the alley was smelly and view was a wall, literally a gray concrete wall three feet from our window
Very Quiet!!! nice large room, new updated bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen, no resort fees, large walk in closet, good service every day, location
No safe in the room,, could use couple of non stick frying pans
Location...hit the wrong button when I started this survey...location is perfect..shuttle to grocery wonderful
This place is fantastic. We will be back
On the strip, but also quiet and good spot to unwind after exploring the strip. Location is quiet, clean and staffed by friendly people. We had 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family of 5.
No heated pool
So much room for a family of 5. Love the two bathrooms
I'll recommend Jockey club hotel to everyone.
Friendly staff.respfull, and good customer service.
Furniture needs to be update, the living room sofa in particular.
The best location in the heart of Las Vegas! From our window the view of the Bellagio fountain show and the Paris hotel was incredible!
The sofa bed was not very comfortable for sleeping but the beds in the bedroom were fine.
Almost everything! Great location, very friendly staff, no smoke or casino distraction at all. If someone needs a casino Bellagio and Cosmopolitan are close for this purpose. We just prefer to be able to sleep in the quite room with clean air- that what Jokey Resort has!
No Measuring Cups Homeless
Inadequate Signage to locate hotel when driving. Incorrect Hotel Name in Booking.com as Hootel is known as Jocky Club..!!!! This caused us unnecessary hassle....!!!!!!
Location, Size of Accommodation, Room and Hotel Facilities, Views over Las Vegas Strip!!! Car Parking was Great...
The facility is very tired and old.
The location is perfect. Having a full condo is ideal.
-) our booking through booking.com was not eligible for a room facing the fountains, therefore we looked at a wall and it was rather dark -) TV in the bedroom did not work, however who uses a TV in the bedroom :)
+) the location, which is right next to the Bellagio +) size of the suites (FYI all "rooms" are suites) +) full kitchen +) quiet due to facing the wall... +) self-parking saves valet costs +) free pop corn :) +) great value and no extra resort costs
The free Wi-Fi works good, but the signal is not that strong in some of the rooms.
The apartments are perfectly located in the Cosmopolitan complex and a 2 minute walk from the Bellagio fountain…the location couldn’t be better! On top of that our window was facing the fountain. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a big living room…actually, all the rooms were big, nice and clean! This is a great choice at a great price. There is a nice pool, but because of the Cosmopolitan tall buildings, the sun doesn’t shine for long…There is also a little sauna, a nice Jacuzzi and a couple of cardio machines….average. There is an elevator with direct access to the Cosmopolitan casino floor. The place doesn’t have the glamour of the other resorts…but it’s a great choice, and I would stay there again.
The cockroach in the bath and the horribly loud construction which reverberated throughout.
Location was great, close to the better clubs, restaurants, and shows.
our view was of the cosmopolitan concrete wall and air intakes: Was not impressed with that. Or the noise of returning residents in the early hours, a gap of nearly 2" under the door allowed the noise to permeate throughout the accommodation.
Location was awesome Valets were very attentive and catered to our transport needs very well.
Slightly confusing layout but understood since it is located within another hotel.
Everything. There is a kitchen, with a living room and a large bed with great views of the strip. (At least that was my experience) as for a room higher up!
The grocery run should be longer than a hour in the store. When shopping in a store you don't know finding things takes time. The clerk in there mini mart in the lobby is not very personable.
The room was like being in an apartment it was two bed rooms kitchen living room two bathrooms and an eating area. Health center pool and hot tub. Shuttles to major points of interest as well as a shuttle daily to grocery store.
