The staff was great & very friendly, They went out of their way to be of help to us, the rooms were up dated & clean.
We got in to Reno very late, we wanted a lite-dinner, but a lack of different restaurants or even food court on property, wasn't possible ,the food was good just not much of a choice.
Truly surprised how nice and how everything was right there.
Room was spacious. Very clean. Good assortment of restaurants.
Carpets could use an update
I loved everything. I got married last night and I'm glad I decided to stay at this hotel.
Very comfortable in my room. The restraurant staff was friendly and good humored. Loved the pool area. Satisfied with my experience.
Te self park garage was pretty disconnected from the casino.
Very convenient to downtown Reno. Quiet off the strip. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Mattress was not comfortable. In regards to the tower we were in (east tower), lots of road noise all night from I-80. Woke up a lot.
Staff was good. Food in Cafe so so.
Liked rosies Cafe good food liked the cleanliness of facility! Liked the gambling Employees all nice Valet was wonderful Location good Nice gift shop
TOO SMOKEY! Smokers everywhere!! ugh! Rooms kinda loud. I could hear the people next door talking. Room outdated but super clean!
Nice and clean
Beautifully set out room. Beds were so comfortable, staff, friendly and helpful. Loved the restaurant smorgasboard. Felt totally pampered!!
Only thing I could fault was that the bathroom floor didnt look like it had been mopped after last occupant, otherwise everything else very clean.
The hotel was cool. Pretty relaxing..Nice sports book.Awesome Pool
The hotel is getting a little old in the tooth. Even the updated room needs a little updating.
The staff (not all but very few). Had to get valet to bring me a luggage cart then load myself. The food in Rosie's Cafe - no color in the veggies. Quality poor. Pool & gym are not staffed at all times. Kids were jumping from the waterfall being obnoxious. In the room the air doesn't work, power had gone off, cable went off. One day the hair dryer shut off. Hear the railroad construction. Just to name a few things.
Valet was great but you are paying $9 a day for the service they call a "resort fee".
Our stay started with the bell hop dropping our belongings numerous times. We decided to take our luggage up by hand after seeing everything being dropped off the cart. Our room smelled musty and old. The hotel did not have very good ventilation. Our neighbors who were in a non-smoking room decided to smoke even after the staff asked them to reframe from smoking.
It took three trips to the desk to get our bill correct.
Location size of room Price
long wait to check in Towels/washcloths like sandpaper sheets scratchy; we both woke up with a rash bed not very good parking nightmare!
The room value was good. We were on the 11th floor. Elevators were fast taking you up and down. rooms were very quiet. good staff and the Rotissiere buffet is the best in Reno, especially on the seafood night.
The TV was old, a flat screen would have shown the ballgame scores and info that this did not. The water took a long time to get warm for the shower and the tub knob may have been the problem as it didn't indicate the correct positions. Hotel is over 30 years old and could use an update though they are clean and comfy.
The quality of the towels and linens was extremely nice. The towels were thicker and larger than most. The sheets were soft and the pillows were plump and comfortable for sleeping. There was also a thick comforter on the bed.
The facility overall
The long check in time
Loved the pool and the whole experience. Great staff and very convenient with the restaurants in the hotel. Very nice...
Friendly staff, big, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable room.
Eating Rosie's Restaurant, the smoke was almost overwhelming! More so than casino, I think it was from Keno area!
Staff was nice and rooms were clean.
The only think was when checking in there was a little mishap with the price. They were charging me $20 more per night for my kids. The took it off and everything else was fine.
I thought the bed sunk in in the middle. We should have tried the other queen in the room. Otherwise everything was great. We enjoyed the pool every day and thought the room was roomy and comfortable. All in all a great deal for the money.
