Key cards for room had to be rescanned, everywhere we went through the casino everyone smoked.
Plenty of parking, nice size room for the money.
Food was not very good. The toilette did not flush properly, the maintenance man was not friendly and he did not fix the toilette.
Clean, well priced, comfortable bed, convenient, once we figured out how to get to the entrance.
Staff had horrible attitudes.
Location wasn't bad
Was a little outdated, big old TV's, not a good view out the window. Didn't realize that this wasn't near downtown. No special food amenities. Pool closed too early.
I thought the room was clean, beds nicely made. Pool was OK, was probably 'primo' in 1996
The road noise in my room was terrible. This should have been addressed when the hotel was built. I was tired so I slept through it. For others, it could ruin the experience. I will make sure not to get a room with road noise in the future.
My room was in great shape and was very clean. The price was very good. I will stay at your hotel in the future.
We ate at the 'diner' in the casino. It was 'ok' food but the price was too high for the quality.
Very comfortable room. Great location. Close to interesting restaurants.
Parking garage is a bit of a long way from the hotel for carting luggage. Discovered after the fact there are carts available in the lobby to use.
Hotel room is plush, clean and updated. The entire facility is elegant, but comfortable. Very safe environment. Close to interstate for easy on-easy off. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Hotel contains several very good restaurants. Gaming is a fun distraction. Pool and hot tub is beautiful and well maintained.....lots of room for families.
The west tower is getting a little tired. The west parking lot could use more security patrols. Not a great neighborhood, a lot of bums hanging around the open parking lots at night. Just be aware of your surroundings and don't leave valuables in you vehicles period.
Good food. Very friendly staff. Maintenance staff took care of any room problems we had very quickly. The hotel is far away from downtown Reno and that is a great thing.
Long check in line, but there were a lot of people checking in. Staff was still helpful and polite and working as fast as they could.
Family friendly, staff helpful, room was big, and clean, a good value. Slept well, no noise. Food at Gilley's was good and reasonably priced. Kids loved the big indoor pool, mom loved the view from a comfy chair.
The starbucks sucks
The check in desk was helpful and freindly
We are dinner in the sports book deli and the food was average at best.
property of minimal value missing upon departure. Recommend you watch it very carefully during stay and departure.
Breakfast staff in the cafe was unfriendly and noisy one morning. But the lunch staff was wonderful. Housekeeping and maintenance missed several items in our room, but nothing terribly inconvenient.
Our room was clean, well appointed and spacious. There is a variety of good dining options on site. Most of the staff in each area is well trained, friendly and professional.
We only wish we had stayed here sooner.
It was an absolute pleasure to get to stay at your place. It is our new home away from home, as we travel to Reno often. Thank you!
I understand it's a casino with smoking but we've stayed at casinos before and never smelled like the nugget. They need to fix there equipment. We stayed on the 29th floor and reaked of cigarettes it was awful. I was sick the whole stay
Behind night tables, you can see it's not been vacuumed for quite a LONG time.
Efficient and friendly service at front desk
price and facility
to be very picky, the floor mat have some not very noticeable wine(maybe) marks, coffee maker have dried coffee or water marks. But none of these bothers me, it's a very nice hotel
down stair is casino and restaurants around, not too far to the ski ranch. very nice view from the room I got.
Everything. Should be just closed down.
Can't think of anything.
Free Upgrade .... great room
staff was friendly
Lodging in a casino is a unique experience.
Walking distance to downtown Sparks for great restaurants. Great price on the lodging
The pillows and bed were not very uncomfortable.
The staff was awesome.
Room was a bit outdated with wallpaper from the 1980's. Old TV with bad picture.
Staff were all very nice. Restaurants had good food.
We reserved a king bed but got two queens and it was late at night when we checked in so we didn't ask to change. Another strange thing about the beds is that the sheets didn't fit and they had used a flat sheet on the bottom leaving the foot of the bed exposed to the mattress pad. Not what I expected.
