The pricing was very reasonable and the room was more then adequate.
The beautiful setting and comfort we experienced at your hotel:)
The room was very nice and comfortable.
All the dam noise from the trains.
They did not honor the rate for the room we reserved through you
Cool air in the room...made sleeping great. Darling room cleaner who was very generous with water and coffee
Long walks for food; going through casino area to get to cafe; being in a casino
Nice selection of food and the quality was good. The room was nice, quiet and clean. Really fast elevators in the east tower that we stayed in. Enjoyed our stay - will go back.
Some minor traffic sound if your room faces the freeway.
Good selection of restaurants
Great restaurants and bars! Gilleys is great good food and very decent prices. Rooms very quiet
Beds a little firm for me but ok still slept well. J.A's is a ways from downtown if you want to casino hop.
We were assigned a room on the mountain view side where we thought would be enjoyable, but we wanted to be on the city side and they moved us with no problem. It was very accommodating and can't wait to stay again!
Beds comfortable. Nice rooms.
Valet parking too far away. Takes a while to get vehicle.
Staying in the West tower is the way to go. I stayed in the East and you could smell the smoke from the casino. The Buffet and Gilly's is good.
If you stay in the East tower or west near the highway it is very noisy.
It was a close getaway for my husband and I. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The value was excellent!
I asked to get my room changed because the rooms facing the freeway were very loud. The staff obliged. The windows could use some cleaning.
The booking was easy,
If you have multiple rooms like I did and you want to check in your rooms leave them under your name I had to wait for each family member to check them in. One more problem I booked for King rooms and zero out of 4 reservations were kings so you are not guarenteed what you reserve.
It is our favorite getaway; we like the atmosphere, Keno, poker tables and Rosie's Café.
That the machines are so tight.
Bed was king size and comfortable, furniture was very nice view was good, plenty of hot water for bath and shower, overall it was a nice experience. Didn't have enough time to full appreciate the nugget, and last time I talked to John on the floor and he recognized me and not for the fact that I own a 20 thousand acre ranch.
Carpet had not been vacuumed apparently as my wife had observed. We read on the site that the rooms had a flat screen TV, but no, it had a TV that was smaller than our own at home which is a 32.
Good choice of restaurants and great value for money.
Lots of traffic noise as the hotel is by the side of the motorway.
Price of room
The room was very nice
The spa was broken and the indoor pool was very cold. There wasn't nobody in the pool to help the customers
Except useless announcement from the speaker.
Rosies cafe always has excellent food & service. Gambling very good this last time. Personnel very nice. Pleasure staying at the Nugget.
Trains extremely noisey at 3:15 a.m. on the East Wing. Picking up & moving their freight cars around.
traffic noise from freeway I could hear in my room.
Pool and gym and the workers, bell person was very helpful and the housekeeping was super nice, very helpful and attented with our need ( Martha from housekeeping) she is an A+ Awesome person.
There was a Dog Show the weeken and lots of dogs were everywhere specially in the casino lobby, I think that there should be a policy about those events or restricted areas where people with their pets can be comfortable so things don't get out of hands. Other than that I could say that I will stay there again.
Value n location. Family lives close by.
East tower rooms in need of bathroom repairs. Bathrooms have to work!!!
