View from our room. Small TV
Pool loved it
1. I could hear the traffic all night shop my sleep was poor 2. Gym is terrible old equipment, two of the four ellipticals was broken, TVs ancient with snow dots everywhere.
The convenience for the rib cook off was perfect. The hotel/casino is currently under a huge renovation and will be really nice when it's done. The steak house restaurant is off the hook. The staff was the friendliest I have encountered in a casino.
The rooms are in need of renovation. The TV's are from the 90's. Ripped wallpaper, new beds and updated furniture for the rooms. Our room had 4 large mirrors in one rooms. Very odd.
Cheap price based on the event going on that week. It's often hard to get a hotel room at the nugget during the event and we got a room for a great price.
Our room was right next to a train depot. So that made it hard to sleep. The room was also pretty outdated in decor but it wasn't horrible.
i like to come into a very cleaned room and it was just what i would have cleaned at my home
we were located next to a very noisy railroad station
Nice room very nice.
The television was outdated and fuzzy did not care for that.
the closeness to the rib cook off and the price of the room
no refer or micro wave in the room, when you stay for more then one day it's nice to have them in the room. A lunch Buffet would be nice. Quick and eazy .
Great value for the price good location big rooms very clean excellent restaurants
nothing ...all good
I always stat at the Nugget when I go to Reno. Great location, and the staff are very friendly. l
I retired from the grocery business about thirteen years ago and you need a customer service employee at the front door. Welcome to the Nugget, can I be of some assistance.
The Bed was a little Hard
From check in to check out, staff was friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and inviting. Will be booking with the nugget everytime I visit Reno.
Was not many places I can walk to, but that isint a big deal, most everything we needed was in the hotel.
Not enough towels
It was fine for what we needed as we were attending a wake for a dear friend.
location to venue
high price and mold in bathroom
Excellent promotional price for upgraded room!
Long wait at players club booth and long wait for food in the restaurant, but it was very tasty when it came.
The location was excellent for us. We tried to come to hot August nights every other year or so
The downstairs shopping was gone.
We especially enjoyed the view out of our 24th floor window, the quietness of the hallways (no noise in our room at all), the quality of room service, and the spacious bathroom. We will definitely stay here again.
The only thing we didn't like was the odor in the parking area behind the west tower.
The price. The ease and convenience of checking in and out and valet parking. Room was large and clean.
Just that we needed a refrigerator, and several week stay and it was a little costly for no free breakfast .
The second gal I spoke with at the front desk tried to make things better by upgrading us to a petite suite.
The room we booked was not available. The first gal I spoke with did nothing to change the fact that we were not in the room or tower we booked. The last guests' soap was still in the shower.
bed was uncomfortable and the Rotisserie restaurant was not good.
did not receive facecloths our entire stay
location and overall facilities
can't think of anything
