Decor. Comfort. Staff.

Walls are paper thin! I had to turn up the A/C to stay out of the conversation in the next room.
Very near Plymouth attractions

Room service is a little e pensive but quick and friendly.
Fantastic location in the heart of everything. Super indoor pool even for older teens. Very comfortable stay.

The pool is nice but not as **amazing** as the website would have you think. Good slide, nice hot tub, small pool otherwise. The exercise room is also small - one bike thing, one treadmill, some dumbbells - and the elliptical is set up so that its pedals slam into a wall if you try to use it.
Good location, convenient combination of pool, restaurant, and hotel in one place. Friendly staff, and the pool is enjoyable.

My 2 yr old son got a chlorine rash from the pool so we didn't get go in the pool as much as we wanted and that was the main reason why we stayed. The hotel manager denied it was from the pool but our doctor said different! I feel it was a waste of money.
I liked that there are many great restaurants in walking distance, I don't recommend the hearth & kettle(over priced & marginal food)
February 8, 2015
The hotel staff was beyond wonderful. They were accommodating and went well above expectations with regard to adding a cot and a refrigerator to our room. The early check-in and late check-out times were an added bonus. Sitting by the fireplace at The Hearth and Kettle restaurant was perfection and we couldn't think of a better way to spend a snowy New England afternoon. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.

The wifi was slow and the rooms did not have mini-fridges. We had three small children with us, a mini-fridge would have made it easier to store milk.
My kids were blown away by the indoor water park.. The slide was very fast and the separate areas for the slide and swimming was a bonus. The Mayflower shape was really neat and the Plymouth Rock hot tub looked like fun. The location was great for walking to shops and eateries.

we actually have no complaints at all the staff was friendly and accomadating

We were very disappointed to find that the rooms were so small that you had to squeeze by furniture when the couch was pulled out during the evening. Not to mention the pitiful shower that had now water pressure. Upon arrival we were given $40 in food vouchers but the food was worse than a local greasy spoon. A breakfast four for that cost $70 that was terrible

Hearth and Kettle restaurant dinner was poor quality for the price, didn't come as ordered, and poor service.
Pool is very clean and just as good as the pictures show. Water slide is super fun. Room and bathroom are clean and there is filtered water in bathroom for drinking. Front desk was friendly and helpful in planning our stay.

My bed was a bit too soft.
Excellent location to explore Plymouth without a car. Mayflower II is 7 minutes walk away and The Plimoth Grist Mill is just around the corner. Main street with all the shops and restaurants is just around the corner as well. My 5 and 6 year old boys loved the pool with a slide. The hotel's front desk sells discounted tickets to local tourist attractions. The restaurant staff was very accommodating and pleasant, food was good. The hotel's bar was very appealing with music played Saturday night.

I can't think of anything that I disliked about the hotel!!
The oil was what my 2 grandsons loved!!! Thank you for allowing them to have a great time!!!
November 9, 2014
The location. We reserved a suite, which was comfortable. I did expect it to be more luxurious given the price.

October 12, 2014
there was an old musty odor in the regular room the first night we stayed there.
The king poster bed room was excellent. The restaurant was a very good value for what we received. Excellent friendly staff
September 24, 2014
Room very dated, definitely not a good value. Room rate higher than all other hotels in area. Stair carpeting dirty.
Restaurant and bar area and friendliness of staff and wait service.
September 21, 2014
Well run hotel with an excellent location
September 19, 2014
Loved the antiquity of the whole hotel and the more modern parts of the hotel were lovely, specifically the restaurant with the cool décor. The staff was very nice and they were always willing to help if they could. Loved the 4 poster bed with the step stool for little people. :)
September 19, 2014
preferred the hearth and kettle at the cape codder the bar was part of the restaurant at john carver the restaurant was too family oriented for us and the food at the other restaurant was too eclectic the food was better at the cape codder hearth and kettle also

there was zero parking availability. which caused much stress. was told by receptionist that if i couldn't find parking i could go to the paid lot next door. ohh, i just spent over $250 for ONE night at a sub-par hotel and you want me to go pay to park next door? not going to happen. food/waitress at the restaurant was more than sub-par. large/long hair in my water. took her 10 minutes to come back to us so i could request a new glass. beds are old and when trying to be passionate with my significant other banged against the wall and the person in the room next door took it upon themselves to bang on our walls. over all SO not worth the money.
beds were comfortable. allowed us an early check-in and late check-out.
