The room was very quite. The Hotel staff is very nice. Poor view over the city; slightly noisy around 5 am due to the trucks taking up the trashes in the street.

The room was comfortable, with a suitable bathroom. (No interesting view but we did not mind, as we were in the room only at night ). The location was excellent as it was on an important avenue and we could get any transport . There were restaurants, for different budgets, five minutes walk from there. Breakfast was really satisfactory.We enjoyed our stay. On top of that we had free internet.

Fairly good value for money and good location for the purpose we required . The hotel is very tired and in need of refurbishing. The bathroom in particular was quite grubby looking with stains in the bath and sink, also soap from the previous guest still in the dish. Altho desk staff were pleasant and helpful enough, I recommend that as they were the first point of contact, a smarter uniform for both members would be more impressive.

Good location to train & sub tracks,Copley Square & shopping area.Staff was very friendly & helpful.Kind folks all around. No restaurants in hotel!NO Room service.JUST Needs a restaurant in hotel then would be great.

Cheap adequate and good location - suited my needs perfecstay there for a night so a cheap central hotel allowed me to arrive the day before my meeting without breaking the bank Most of the staff were good but one wasn't- a little bit old but all could be forgiven because of price and location - would stay

Good location. Very close to T Back Bay Station and to the Prudential Center. This is very very convenient, particularly with poor weather conditions (e.g. snowing). Complimentary free internet, what is great. However it unavailabe in some rooms, especially those further away from the router. Keep that in mind if you need internet in your room to require a room close to the router. I got an upgraded room given the length of my stay, but no internet.

Location only Was charged more than the original booking price bought on booking.com. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom door was broken, the tv was old, the rug in the room was old and dirty.

Perfect location for city attractions along Boston Commons, Back Bay Boston, & Copley square. Parking was a little scarce however there was a convenient parking garage across the street. The price was adequate with the quality of the hotel itself but the location was priceless. I will book again in future travels. Thanks for the stay.

The staff was nice The room was barely clean, with some terrible exception such as smelly pillows. The facilities of course were very average, but for the price it was expected - there's no excuse for unclean bedding and almost broken wifi for instance.
