It was well situated within City. Yes, the room and bathroom were extremely small. It was like staying in a dorm room. The price for the room quality was ridiculous. Pillows were flat, bed uncomfortable, plug didn't work by desk. |

The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the location ideal for our purposes, while the hotel itself had an appealing, unpretentious atmosphere. As we stayed just one night (en route from London to a family visit in the Berkshires) our reactions are inevitably limited, but we enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints whatsoever. |

The location was close to the train station, conference center, and public transportation. It also had free wireless internet The hotel could use a bit of an update to be competitive. The furniture and room showed a bit of wear, the TV was small, there was no minibar/fridge. |

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The business centre and the ATM in the buisness centre were so convenient as was the location. Althought my room was very clean and the towels and linens were fresh, the fact that the walls of the room desperately need painting made me feel that the room was not quite clean. |

Great Copley Square / Back Bay Station location. Very quiet building. Continental breakfast was adequate but a bit skimpy. (How about some yogurt or even peanut butter?) Coffee was just plain bad. |

We liked the fact that it was close to a subway and shopping mall. As far as the continental breakfast is concerned, if you could offer a few more choices such as eggs, french toast or even waffles. |

Location brilliant. Breakfast very good. Free internet access.Friendly staff. Room needed painting. Air-conditioning very noisy from 4am onwards which kept us awake. Based on this we would not recommend the hotel because when we mentioned it at check-out we were told it affected all rooms |

We booked there because the price was right! The room was clean and comfortable (huge closet for a hotel) and the staff was helpful and accomodating. We were doing college visits and the girl working the desk was incredibly helpful and gave my daughter some positive feedback and great advice about Northeastern U. The room we were in is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. |

It was close to everything especially a conference I was attending, yet it was more reasonability priced. Even though wireless was suppose to be in the public areas and the business center only, I did have great access in my room. Extend and advertise room wireless internet capabilities. This service is imperative for business clients. The carpeting should be replaced where it is worn and the soap dish in the bathroom should be repaired versus having it covered in duct tape . |

Great location.Free internet 24 hours a day in lobby.Good choice of complimentary continental breakfast including fruit.Helpful friendly staff.Clean room with good bathroom products.It was minus 20 outside but the hotel was warm and cosy.Would definately stay again. The bed was old and dipped in the middle which is difficult when 2 people are sharing it. |
