“ The Staff were friendly and the reception area look very grand. The room its self was all you needed for a city break, slightly smaller than others but not to small to be a problem. All in all i would definately recommend this hotel. ”

Very comfortable, and our room was quite spacious though I others looked a lot smaller. The lobby and public areas were very stylish. There was no wi-fi in the rooms (only in the lobby).

Great location to downtown and touring options. Staff was very helpful and provided many helpful tips for touring. Yogurt would be a nice addition to breakfast menu. Maybe I missed it?

Central location, polite staff, clean rooms, good value. Not a luxury hotel but perfect for those wanting a value hotel. Continental Breakfast was extremely basic and no staff on hand, but the food was decent, but did not like the plastic plates and cutlery

The front-desk staff were friendly and the location was great! It wasn't very clean -- hair in the bathroom, dirty sheets, toilet, etc. A little more care and attention in this regard and you would have a gem of a hotel.

Close to station. I could not use wi fi in my room! I could use wi-fi only in the robby. Breakfast is poor and I paid for $158 for last night. Thats so bad. Unfair.

Very convenient to the Hynes Convention Center. Decent wi-fi hookup. Good breakfast. Small room. The fire alarm/evacuation in the middle of one night (though the staff handled the situation well and the management is working to compensate us for our troubles).

It's a beautiful old building in a perfect location. The breakfest was great. The staff was friendly and very professional. The bed was a tad soft for me, but my husband thought it was fine.

Just loved the historic atmosphere of the lobby. Bed was super comfortable and I slept better than ever. Continental breakfast was a pretty setting and ample. The coffee in the room was most convenient. It was a perfect location. I stayed for three days, but wished it were a week.
