The hotell is well located in the heart of NYC. Easy access and the personal was helpfull to get taxi with good price. Samll window in the room with view on the next wall. Hot in the room , loudy ventilation system. High price for what we get. |

The room was good but the bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Overall because we got the room at the last moment and at a budget rate, it was a good value, but again the bed was lousy! |

The room was very impressive for NYC. I had expected a much smaller one but was pleasantly surprised. The bed was huge and plenty of room for two. The en suite was kinda small but still very nicely decorated. The location is great as it was generally very quite for somewhere so close to the centre of New York. The staff though professional did come across as a little cold at times, simple things like the doormen not opening doors or welcoming you. But I put this down to it being a rather posh hotel and myself not really dressing accordingly. |

La ubicación es ótima. Al lado de la 5º Avenida y a un paseo de Times Square y Chrisler Building. Limpio, buena cama y baño correcto. La instalacion de calefación es antigua y hace un poco de ruido. Cerré la llave del radiador y problema resuelto, además se pasaban un poco con la temperatura. |

Nærhet til Manhatten Midtown gjør det enkelt å nå alle fasiliteter. Også nærme togterminal gjør det enkelt med transport til flyplasser. Servicevennlig betjening. |

Tiene una ubicación perfecta a menos de 5 minutos andando del Empire State 10 minutos de Times Square y las habitaciones sin ser grandes tienen todo lo necesario, incluído buena cama y muy limpias. Como en casi todos los hoteles de New York las habitaciones exteriores son muy ruidosas. |

La situación del hotel es bastante buena. Cerca de Times Square y a dos minutos de la estación central desde donde puedes tomar el metro. Buena situación.Las habitaciones (superiores que son las que tomamos) están bien, limpias y confortables.No muy grandes pero muy correctas. El personal del hotel es increiblemente antipatico, poco serviciales.Pedimos que llamaran un taxi y nos dijeron que el botones del hotel lo haria. Muy, muy antipaticos por lo caro que resulta el hotel. Poca atención a los clientes. |

La chambre était propre. Le personnel était professionnel. L'hôtel n'est pas trop loin du métro à Grand Central Station. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour un 4*. Le quartier n'est pas trop animé mais à part cela, rien à redire. |

questo albergo nel complesso più che buono non rispetta completamente le indicazioni di booking: esempio ho pagato una tariffa superiore del 50% per avere una camera ai piani alti con magnifica vista sulla città; mi avevano rifilato si l'ultimo piano ma l'unica vista era data dai condizionatori d'aria ;grande arrabbiatura e mi hanno cambiato la stanza ; comunque di eccezionale veduta ...... |

la cama era cómoda y la habitación limpia. el hotel es céntrico al lado de la central gran station. Es más un hotel funcional que otra cosa, pero si lo único que vas a hacer es dormir, merece la pena.Además surten muy bien de productos de baño. Tiene al lado una cafetería donde puedes desayunar y comer a buen precio. nosotros cogimos una habitación normal y era muy pequeña ( no sabía donde guardar las maletas). |

das es zentral gelegen war.... das Standardzimmer ist sehr klein und die Einrichtung ist schon etwas abgewohnt. Bei vier Sternen hätte ich mehr erwartet. |
