Nothing major at all to complain about. There were a couple of stains on the carpet. The TV was a bit hard to work as the remote wasn't very sensitive. All in all minor issues.
The location could not get much better! Fabulous views from room!
There were no bottle drinks provided. Not much basic service can be expected
They have remodeled but kept the ancient tv. They need to upgrade to flat screen digital sets. Also wifi should be free and accessible. I don't like giving my cc # to unknown 3rd parties.
Location, staff, cleanliness
No drinking water. No safe deposit box.
the bathroom was beautiful.
Noisy with roadworks outside - hardly the hotels fault! Tea / coffee making facilities would be nice and the lady on the front desk could get some tips from the doorman re. Service with a Smile!
Rooms were lovely and clean and bed was awesome! Doorman really friendly. Location could not be more central!
Deniz is an amazing receptionist, gave me all the info I needed for Ny. Such a friendly, helpful lovely young lady.
The staff at desk was very unkind when we arrived and every time that we ask any thing, they were very rough. I paid with many days before my room for two bed and they gave me only one, so my son and me we sleep very uncomfortable all time. The room with many bad details, bad mattress, bad pillows.
The only good is the location and the staff that clean the rooms.
there was written that will be a free wifi but after arriving we found that we have to pay
the bathroom was really good
small, outdated, including a CRT TV from the 80s.
my first impression of the hotel was the lady at the front desk at noon on 4-4-2015. she was rude and short and not helpful at all.
the evening staff, the location, the room
The location was perfect. Few corners from Times Square and Metro stations. Makes everything very accessible.
The hotel has no business center, so we weren't able to print our boarding passes. They boast free wi-fi, but it doesn't work. We requested regular coffee in the room after seeing that they only gave us decaf, and they told us they had no regular coffee in the entire hotel! That just baffled me. Also, they have no room service. The photos online look NOTHING like the rooms. My "deluxe" room was far from deluxe, but it worked.
I really couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel was a short walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and tons of great shopping and restaurants. The room was pretty spacious for Manhattan, which was a nice surprise. The rooms are pretty clean.
No tea/coffee making facilities Some door staff rude
It was in a great location, although room was a bit date, was very clean and comfortable
The staff was nice and serviceminded. The reception was welcoming. The room had a nice bed and a clean toilet with nice hot water in the watertap!
room was a tad tiny for a tall man-but still good
There was supposed to be bathrobes in the room and there were none.
Very clean room and bathroom. There is a café across the street with very good food and baked goods. The staff was very friendly and we never waited for anything!
I couldn't return back the money 25 dollars. When can you return back to me? I didn't watch any tv and didn't but any drinks.
I didn't like the room. It was not what we saw in the pictures. If it wasn't for the manager, I surely would of not stayed.
Vera, the manager was very warm, comforting, and welcoming.
Excellent location a short walk from Empire State Building, Times Square, Rockefeller Center etc. Nicely furbished clean rooms. Good Wifi connection.
The heater in our room would only stay on for brief moments and would rattle and shake so bad when turned on we couldn't sleep. The representative Deniz at the front desk was extremely rude. As I walked down to ask if I should check out before asking the door man to get my bags out of the room she stated,"What are you doing down here?" I stated I'm not sure of your procedures and asked if she could ask the door man to help me she then rolled her eyes and nastly asked the door man rudely to help me. As we came back down the elevator and proceeded to check out another man at the front desk helped me and as I gave him my name Deniz threw him not handed him my recipe for my stay. She was terrible, and I don't see myself coming back here with this attitude of people working here. It's astonishing when you spend that amount of money and are having such a great vacation for an incident to happen like this when you are leaving.
There was plenty of attractions near the hotel it was a safe place to be in NY. The maid service was excellent and took care of our every need.
The furniture is in bad conditions; the rooms need renovation and better cleaning. The staff was nice and helpful. Great location
First of all, staffs are not good because light bulb is run out and I called front desk but they didn't come my room at first call. So I had to call again. Also, TV was very old one. Actually, our room was old entirely.
Bathroom was pretty cleaner than I expected, and beds are big and comfortable.
