convenient to my needs
credit card machine not working
The manager Christina is very pleasant and eager to please. The beds are very comfortable. Great location.
No table or shelves in bathroom and no paper cups.
No heat. The room smelled like someone smoked 10 cartons of cigarettes in it, the smell was so intense, I had to open the window all night. There were cigarette burns all over the comforter. I was asked to dry my towels instead of getting new ones. This place just needs some serious renovations.
Should be condemned. I'd love to send pictures of filthy windows, filthy bathtub, filthy walls and filthy inoperative smoke detectors (they are covered with nicotine). Place was closed down by the Dept. Of Health but somehow it's back open after a sorted "renovation". Nice old tube tv too. The one motel you have to wipe your feet before you leave.
Actually I didn't like anything, I was in there for the price because I was fishing for the whole day, only need a place to sleep, but I never go back anymore!!!!
I liked the wifi, pool, and the friendliness of the staff. The place was clean and quiet.
Kind of small but expected for the price.
The bathroom was filthy the room was dusty and the headboards were not connected
Staff was friendly and humorous. Location was very good. Beds were reasonably comfortable and pricing was competitive considering summer on Cape Cod. Was nice to have a refrigerator.
Other than the fridge, little amenities in the rooms. No toilet paper holder, no towel holders, no place to hang clothes, no full length mirror. We asked to spend a second night and they charged us $20 more. Very little decor and rooms in need of updating. No color scheme. Rooms quite cramped.
Clean, friendly, in a great location!
If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel on the cape with a central location, this motel is not a bad deal.
-Very old -Dirty bathrooms
Lousy at best customer service. Couldnt reach anyone to ask a question. Kept getting the answering machine and left a message but no one responded back. They have a "special request section" on their website but that was pointless to fill out;they never fullfilled the request submitted. Bottom line..DONT! Stay here!!
SMALL. NO TOILET PAPER HOLDER
Kristine- she is the best receptionist, whom ever we met.Knowlegeble, friiendly, hospitable. She made my day /it was my Birthday/. Tatyana Tanis Boston
Good location on the Cape
Room was dark, had a bad odor, was not clean, and was infested with spiders. My 7 year old walked around the room holding her nose because of the stench. There were spiderwebs throughout the room and it appeared the area under the bed hadn't been cleaned in months. There was no counter in the bathroom for toiletries and no place to put your luggage. The owner was told about the inadequacies and would not reimburse us for the second night that we did not use. Luckily we were able to find another place to stay.
A great price for the area ..the water pressure was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Bed wasnt very comfortable, facilities were old and extremely outdated.
Location and staff superb
Rooms need serious upgrading
There was nothing to like about this motel
The motel, both outside and inside was outdated, run down, and dirty. I have never stayed at any accomodation that dark sheets on the bed, and sheet colors didn't match from one bed to the other. It felt like a "seedy' resort. Hotel manager was intimidating. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left and skipped my vacation weekend.
The manager was excellent. Quick to respond to requests--like to replace two light bulbs that were out when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was lovely. The location, very good. The room was just a bit dark and "rustic." But, for the price, I wasn't about to complain.
The light switches for the main, overhead light, were located awkwardly behind the headboard of the bed. Light bulbs were out. The room was a bit dusty and cobwebby.
Friendly staff pretty clean comfortable mattress
Broken bathroom window and paint all over it. Ripped shower curtain. One channel, that worked on the TV. The whole room smelled like mold. Finish was all gone off the bottom of the bathtub and all the caulking was all cracked and dried around the tub. It took 5 minutes of running only the hot water for any hot water to come up.
The manager was very nice and accomodating. It was obvious she worked hard to make customers happy. The pool was clean and had extended hours. Location was convient to the area.
The small things were lacking, towel and toilet paper racks. Better lighting. Rooms were in need of some TLC.
The attentive, personable & professional manager - Christina! Honestly, our expectations were low. We waited until the last minute to find a room and well... What a pleasant surprise! Clean place, spacious room and perfect size bed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Nothing! It met our needs and we were pleased with the stay.
Christina,as other reviewers have stated, was excellent!! For our purpose of just using the room to sleep for 1 night, after being on the beach all day,was fine. close to restaurants and beaches.and yes,the beds are extremely comfortable!! But those red sheets....seriously???
decor was horrible.really, red sheets?? blinds didn't fit windows,so outdoor lights shone in all night, and you could see into room from outside! we hung beach towels on windows for privacy!toilet felt like it was going to tip over-wasn't really bolted to floor!2 out of 3 lamps didn't have working lightbulbs, which was probably better, seeing that the room was so ugly! kinda comical-we got a few laughs!!
I like the location and the price wasn't too bad ($200/night). I also liked that the AC worked wonders and kept the room nice and cool. Christina made us feel very welcome.
When I walked into the room there seemed to be a funny smell. Perhaps getting one of those air fresheners that sprays ever couple hours or so? Another thing is that I couldn't hear the TV over the AC because the volume didn't go high enough.
this hotel is close to everything i would stay there again
