“ The location was good. It was very easy to get to. The bed was okay. I have become quite spoiled by so many beds in other hotels that this was just okay. There were a couple of sitting options which was nice to have and they were comfortable. ”

Comfortable bed although room small. Lrg fridge and nice microwave. Love decor, enchanting Pool area dirty looking. So I didn't swim, a disappointment.

Good location near mall and resteraunt. Rooms are large with chandelier and a good bathroom/shower setup. It appears to be a large old luxury hotel that's fallen into disuse. The onsite bar is closed. Our car was the only car in the huge parking lot. Our hallway smelled. No flat screen tv.

The location was good. It was very easy to get to. The bed was okay. I have become quite spoiled by so many beds in other hotels that this was just okay. There were a couple of sitting options which was nice to have and they were comfortable. The pillows were horrible! Small, square, and lumpy. Worst pillows I have ever slept on.

Location was good. Room was fairly comfortable. I was able to control room temp to my likening. Hotel was very quiet. Towels were thicker than average. Room was pretty clean. No room service. With a restraunt in the hotel I was surprised by this. Hotel has a strange smell when you first come in. Bedding was poor. Then sheets like you would see in a motel 6 or such. I was given a handicap room, that I did not need. Bathroom facilities are a little hard to use when you are short. Would have liked to have had a fridge in the room. Something many budget friendly hotels provide.

It didn't have that generic hotel/motel look. There were times it had a real musty smell and there were places in the hotel that looked worn and needed some upkeep.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great. Anything you would need was near by shopping, food and highways. The pool was in the lower level and the chlorine odor was very strong on other floors. The pool and pool area needs updating. I wouldn't even think of using it.

Everything was very nice. The food was pretty good, but mostly the staff was the best part. Very friendly, attentive and accommodative. The only thing my wife and I did not like was our neighboring guests. VERY loud and didn't pay much attention to the fact that people might be sleeping at midnight to 1 am. My wife and I have actual neighbors like this at home, and the whole point of going to the hotel was to get away from that sort of thing. There were only about ten people in the entire place, plenty of room to spread out, but instead we got placed right next to the very thing we were trying to escape from. I fully under that this is nt the hotels fault, well not entirely, and I did go down stairs and inform the gentleman at the front desk who did seem to take care of the problem.
