Staff went out of their way! Clean rooms emaculate! Bed was comfortable. Room was smaller than expected. Ad was miss leading. No amenities in room, such as iron, frig, microwave.

The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to come and fix our tv, help us order pizza, and recommend a great brunch place. We were unhappy to be woken up at 9am do to cleaning (loud vacuming) the room above ours.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms, free parking, fun, environmentally-friendly, and unique! Kind of on the expensive side, so not good for those on a tight budget.

It was clean and the rooms were pretty nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't like the services ( most of them were unavailable that were listed on line), they were overpriced for a total lack of amenities, we ended up leaving after one night and were overcharged, etc. We will never stay there again. It was my partners birthday and our 2 year wedding anniversary And we were excited for The bike rentals, The on-site spa services, Live music every night, a central location close to the city and Room service none of which worked out! When we tried to order room service we were told that several items on that room service list for no longer an available even though the menus had not been changed, We were told the bikes were only available During certain seasons, There was only live music one of the night and there was an $18 cover which was not stated Prior to our arrival, The salon/Spa was no longer on site And a $478 hold was placed on our credit card For incidentals. The only good part was that they s out of our second two nights at that hotel But we were overcharged for the night we stayed. The staff was friendly and helpful until it came time to figure out our bill. Last of all the location is not centrally located it's out in the middle Of nowhere for people that are planning on using the max or walking. All-around it was a complete bust and miss advertisement And we will never return.

The use of design to play with an existing space rather than tear everything down and rebuild. The playfulness of the space was great. A little bit noisy because there was a concert, not a big deal though

swanky but not in a bad way Loud. But I knew it was going to be like that. And I just can't wear earplugs. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Great spot for someone attending a show at the Doug Fir, if you're coming from out-of-town. Love the feel of the place. Which is funny, because this usually isn't my style...

The staff were terrific - personal, friendly, helpful and obviously enjoyed their job. They really did set the tone for the whole establishment. I also liked the great restaurant that was right there and the live music. I thought the hotel was a great package, a fun destination. It was a little noisy. But I have to say I was there during a special event and the music did cut off right at eleven as promised.

Clean rooms, good TV, "Quiet Side" was really quiet. The restaurant "Doug Fir" food was excellent. Recommend the pork chops. Bar prices were reasonable and the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. Taxi service was prompt. Recommend you take shuttle service from airport. Taxi fee a bit high.

Hotel decor and concept were great! I paid a lot for the size of the room, and I think by end of October, the prices should have been lower. Decor, set up, chalkboard door, the bar downstairs... the few blocks around the hotel were awesome.

Fun hotel. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Every night the bar was active. The walls were very thin. Had to listen to neighbors for hours. You definitely need the ear plugs.

Jupiter Hotel is an Ultra modern Hip place. Very clean, casual, and comfortable. Myself and my 21 year old daughter chose to stay on the "bar side" which was more lively. They also have a quiet side too. The staff went way beyond their duties to help my daughter, who is moving to Porland. They were able to help with resumes, and ideas for jobs. I would give this place the highest in stars.
