Club Quarters in Washington DC is a new concept for the hotel industry. This private, full service hotel overlooks Farragut Square, and is 2 blocks north of the White House, and near Lafayette Square....

Everything. The staff, service, location, accommodations , very Euro feel
Location and staff
Dont have coverage for ATT service provider.
I very much enjoyed my stay at Normandy Hotel. The decor was elegantly done. The room is exquisite decorated with good taste. The bed is very comfy and linen is high quality. Bathroom is spacious and well maintained. I like it has a espresso machine in the room. Free bottled water is provided daily.
Breakfast could have more choices.
Cafe da manha nao incluso You have to pay for the breakfast
Conveniently located between DuPont Circle and Embassy Row. A short walk to each. Very safe area in a cool residential neighborhood. Nicely decorated rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
The room are small with no place to store much of your belongings. Walls are thin so can hear people in nearby rooms. But totally worth it for the price! Would definately stay here again!
The staff, the traditional interior design.
I think you should change out the mattresses.
the wonderful front desk people...they were friendly, helpful and happy. Happy Hour staff were pretty wonderful too....so was the happy hour!
Very helpful front desk staff. Nice, clean room. Perfect location, easy access to everything.
Air conditioning didn't work properly. The room would not cool down. Television didn't work properly. Functioning channels would suddenly stop functioning. Wet towels were not replaced or hung up. Beds were not made properly. Elevator didn't work properly. Had to walk up and down six floors, a number of times, as a result.
The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient.
Parking was an added cost not advertised, the rooms were run down, first room the bathroom door broke, 2nd the fridge didn't work.
Everything was awesome, from the staff who was really helpful and Nice to the room that was Perfect. We also limes the wine and cheese break at 5pm. Just a great experience overall!
Decor was nice and new Fresh and clean Friendly and helpful staff Happy hour - good opportunity to mingle with other guests Quiet area - so there was not a lot of noise yet still close to cafe's, restaurants and public transport Location felt safe
If you catch the Metro to the hotel, there is a bit of a hill to get to the hotel.
The front desk person when we checked out was very helpful. Noted and appreciated the remodeling done in the lobby and room, since it is an old building
Limited parking on the spot, we had to park our car in Hilton garage ($36 for less than a day rate), poor wifi and mobile phone signal in the room and nearby area, cramped room (not recommended if you are travelling in large suitcases)
WiFi is fast Nice staff
A little bit far from the subway
Good location, only half an hour walk from the White House and other tourist attractions. Close to a metro station. Close to lots of nice restaurants and bars.
We loved our stay at The Normandy Hotel Embassy Row! The staff knew the area and were very helpful with eating suggestions and places to check out in the DC area. Once we arrived, we parked the car in the garage (an added expense well worth the cost) and took the Metro (a short walk from the hotel) each day to see the sites. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again!
The rooms were a bit tight, however, we anticipated that from previous comments and it was not a problem for us.
it has been long time and i have not been refunded yet !!!!!
Wonderful staff! I missed the free glass of wine late afternoon because of my flight being late, and when I expressed my disappointment, the staff bent over backwards to serve me wine. I loved how the hotel is nestled a couple of doors down from Connecticut Avenue. It makes it very quiet. Nice outdoor area in the front of the hotel to relax.
Wi-Fi didn't always work in my room.
location and comfort of room
Didn't have room service, microwave, or business center
Very nice staff, excellent location, hotel with character. Everything was clean and tidy.
Room, bed was a bit small for two, but ok for one night. We had no parking space in the hotel`s garage, but could park at another hotel nearby.
Nice decoration, and free Wine at happy hour
Not enough parking options, so we had to park at other hotel( which went smoothly)
Friendly staff and "home from home" atmosphere
Single elevator was often "hogged" by the staff
Price is little high and $12 breakfast is poor
