The location in proximity to Boston downtown was great and the fitness center was very good. It was noisy outside with the window opened and I love the air. |

I liked the location, as it was close to my conference, as well as tourist buses which took you all around Boston! Back bay area is a beautiful area. |

Staff was very dedicated and room service is excellent. The room itself was nice and the bed extremely confortable. Good Breakfast and the hotel's bar is a quite animated place on the evenings. The gym is cramped and the equipments are not at the standard of the rest of the hotel. An device to connect your Ipod in the room would be a plus. |

Housekeeping staff were very helpful and genuine. Desk staff were very professional. Sculptures in downstairs lobby were a delight. Lobby area elegant. Hotel bar very busy; elegant lobby's stairway, while beautiful, was open to the sounds of "happy hour" from the bar. |

very convenient position just behind Copley Square. Very nice interior decor, modern but very warm. Exquisite service. The guy in charge for helping with luggage, has been particularly helpful: he has even weighted our suitcases and given suggestions on how to avoid paying for extra weight ... amazing service! |

The lobby was welcoming and the employees were gracious and warm. Boutiquey. The rooms were cozy, but not cramped. The bathrooms were modern and sizeable. The location was perfect to get to every part of Boston worth getting to. The doorman remembered me the second I walked out and addressed me accordingly. It was a nice touch. The pub downstairs was lively and perfect for a pint. My only complaint... the bathroom door wasn't solid, it had a frosted privacy glass that wasn't as private as one hopes when in the facilities. |

We really enjoyed our stay in the The Back Bay Hotel. This hotel is very central in a lovely area of Boston. We were in walking distance of excellent restaurants and the shops of Newbury Street. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Our rooms were upgraded. We will definitely be staying here again. |

The Back Bay Hotel was the perfect choice for our long weekend in Boston. It has a boutique feel without the high cost. Though not spacious, the beautifully decorated room was elegant in every detail including luxurious bathrobes, heated towel bars, a small refrig, flat screen TV, wireless, etc. The hotel's restaurant is very good, especially the lobster frittata for breakfast. The entire staff including room service, concierge, valet were all courteous and eager to help us. Shopping on Newbury Street is 3 blocks away and the excellent restaurants in the area were nice additions to our experience. Overall we had lovely stay and will definitely make this our hotel in Boston. Would like to have had a coffee machine in our room. |

The staff were very hospitable, the free wi-fi and bottles of water in the rooms was great particularly as many hotels charge extra for these items. The hotel also sent us some sparkling wine and chocolates to our room on learning that we were celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary - a nice touch. We booked a deluxe king room, however the hotel allocated us a superior room. We were changed to the correct room on the second night and given a complmentary breakfast, however the breakfast was added to the bill and I had to ask for it to be taken off. Whilst all these issues were sorted out without hesitation it did take the edge off what was otherwise an excellent stay. |
