Nice clean room
Parking expensive, go to local car park round corner.
Great location, friendly and professional staff. Room was new, comfortable bed, nice amenities.
Room was a bit small, there was black mold in the shower stall, parking was expensive.
The staff was attentive, professional and yet friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Awesome location.
Cool bar. Great restaurants close. Most activities in walking distance.
I loved the location and decor of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Heather on the information desk.
The hotel is very expensive in comparison to similar hotels that I have stayed in the past. Breakfast should at least be included in the price. Tea and coffee facilities were in the room but the bottles of water placed on the same tray cost seven dollors. I complained at checkout about this and the receptionist as a courtesy didn't charge me for the water.
The location was perfect! This was our first trip to Bean town. We were within walking distance to the T. The hotel was wonderful. A totally renovated and updated police station. The staff was gracious. There was no refrigerator in the room. However they brought one in free of charge. We were very pleased and would stay there again.
Location Door staff very good Smaller more intimate quality hotel
King size bed was squashed up against wall making it difficult to access bed on one side Breakfast staff did not understand continental breakfast,
Excellent staff, very quiet
Room was very small
Restaurant for breakfast and dinner; food was delicious and staff was delightful!
decor and comfort. Nice bathrooms
the restaurant's limited menu.
convenince of location
no free internet computer for travelers with no computer.
Loved everything about it!
We really liked the location of this hotel. The service was spectacular and all of the staff helpful and very kind. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet, although we only really slept there! The Precinct Kitchen had great desserts and we liked the way Boston Cream Pie (better than the Omni) was presented in a mason jar! Servers were very attentive and courteous, made us feel welcome. Very nice hotel and the staff are unpretentious and we really liked that!
The staff was excellent!! The hotel was beautiful , and extremely comfortable. Great location . Will be back for sure!
Staff was excellent! Coffee/tea machine in lobby was perfect and so was the location and bed.
Small noisy rooms (except not noisy on interior or corner away from traffic light. Bathrooms are small also. We thought this Loews facility would be far superior to actual.
Easy to get in and through lobby. Lights next to bed were great as was the number of outlets. Bed was extremely comfortable too. The number of drapery panels was interesting but proved to provide complete light blockage.
There weren't any slippers in the room. The cost of bottled water was absurd. Both mornings the sound of trash being emptied was extraordnarily loud outside my window.
This was the best experience at a hotel I've ever had. The staff was great, the room comfy and beautiful, and the food delicious!
Location and Good Service
I had to leave
The only thing I like about this hotel is it's convenience location.
My family of 4 arrived the hotel on Aug. 28 with 8 pcs. Of big baggages. The doorman saw us but did not offer any help until I approached him and requested for help. All I got from him was the ' I-hate-my-job' look without even one single word of greeting to us. The hotel room was small with no mini bar and shower cap. The free wifi was terribly slow. The room had no outside view at all, totally blocked by other buildings. It was dark all the time. I can't imagine this is a 5-stars hotel!
I loved the friendly welcome, amazing breakfast in the courtyard area, fun bar area, extra luxurious room and the best location for visiting the city of Boston.
Noisy bedroom ......and that was an upgrade !!!!!!
