Staff was excellent! Coffee/tea machine in lobby was perfect and so was the location and bed.
Small noisy rooms (except not noisy on interior or corner away from traffic light. Bathrooms are small also. We thought this Loews facility would be far superior to actual.
Easy to get in and through lobby. Lights next to bed were great as was the number of outlets. Bed was extremely comfortable too. The number of drapery panels was interesting but proved to provide complete light blockage.
There weren't any slippers in the room. The cost of bottled water was absurd. Both mornings the sound of trash being emptied was extraordnarily loud outside my window.
This was the best experience at a hotel I've ever had. The staff was great, the room comfy and beautiful, and the food delicious!
Location and Good Service
I had to leave
I loved the friendly welcome, amazing breakfast in the courtyard area, fun bar area, extra luxurious room and the best location for visiting the city of Boston.
a really good city hotel,a really nice building well restored to keep the history and character of the building. Food good and service very good.
Conceige recommended hiring a car from enterprise which must be the most difficult place to find and get to with cases.Impossible to find.Taxi guy showed us a hertz rent a car 30 metres from the hotel. Whats in it for the concierge??? wouldnt put me off but very annoying.!!
Great staff, helpful and friendly. Excellent location.
Small room with limited drawer space
The room was lovely, the bed was seriously comfortable
The staff were incredible - especially the front of house reception staff including the concierge & doorman who went out of their way to welcome us and help out with our plans. They offered some great suggestions for very memorable trips.
3 device wi-fi limitation
Nice clean room with comfortable (twin) Beds, spacious bathroom, large TV screen, coffe machine..
No refrigerator, apparently there is a place for it! A/C duct location is not the best (in the wall next to bed), air blows straight to your face when laying in bed!, nevertheless A/C cooling is perfect!
No parking and that it was kinda pricey per day
no fridge /mini bar
It was classy yet hip. The restaurant bar area was happening. The bar staff was accommodating and friendly considering how noisy it is.
Gym equipment was so so.
Missing slippers in the room and shoe kit Poor display of shampoo and toiletries for 2 people
Comfort Hospitality Made staff
Parking Rate Tried to charge me for Mini Bar when I didnt use at all
For a first time visit to Boston, it's central, safe, walking distance to most attractions, to the T and airport bus at Copley. Lots of choice for shops, bars and eateries close by. Lovely helpful pleasant staff. We stayed for five nights, went to visit family in Buffalo, returned for four nights before departing for Connecticut. Our room was upgraded for our return visit. How good is that!
Breakfast at the hotel was a bit pricey so we went out to Boyleston St. most mornings.$7 for water in room.
Lobby looked nice.
Hotel was oversold and we were sent 30 minutes outside of town to a Holiday Inn Express. We had just traveled for 6 hours and it was late at night, the inconvenience of then being sent off for another 30 minute trip to a hotel in the suburbs was ridiculous.
Location is great. Big room&bathroom. Very clean&modern. Friendly staff. Hotel bar is full of local people.
Our room had the minibar space but there was no minibar. Maybe it was broken so they removed it but not mentioned during check in. I couldn't keep my drinks cold. Also when u call someone from concirge or reception they wont answer the phone over and over. If you success to reach someone then they make u hold forever on the line.
the staff, suggested us places to go, gave us free water. Breakfast was great, beautiful area, service and food. Beds super comfortable!
Location. Comfort. Very friendly and efficient staff.
Free wifi very slow. No frigobar in room!
The rooms were newly renovated and very clean. There was free tea & coffee available in the lounge area and in the room. The wifi was easy to access.
It took us 45 minutes to park the car when we arrived as we were given incorrect directions to start with. Then we went into a public car park only to be told it was valet parking only. The difference between $28 and $46 for one night! Finally we had to go back to the hotel 2 more times, once to the concierge desk and once to the reception desk to get directions to a car park that was indeed public. It cost us $40 dollars by the time we collected it the next morning anyway!!! The moral of this tale don't take your car into Boston. During this time the concierge hadn't taken our bags to our room as he was waiting for us to be in the room for a tip. We took our own bags up as we were a little fed up by this time. However they say first impressions last and this was the first hour of our visit to this hotel!!! Not good!! For the most part although the staff were helpful, it was delivered in a way that was quite rude. Having come from New York where you expect that, I was quite taken aback in this hotel. The body lotion wasn't replaced after day 1. There were no showers so if you are getting the 22:45 flight back to London and are planning on sightseeing, you have no way of freshening up before your flight.
liked the location. Liked that it was a smaller hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Price of parking was very expensive. The business center was in an odd place. (but we did like the new large computers) Room rate was a little on the high side for the location and no view.
Central to sight seeing and convenience of transport and general walking. Excellent breakfast on offer and menu not large but very fresh food. Dinners were also excellent with variety. Quite a few families were staying which was nice also. Wifi also free. Thus is a must!
Meals were a bit pricey, however for a single traveller I did not mind this.
The location and facilities were excellent. It was my birthday during my stay and once the hotel became aware of this a bottle of bubbly was sent to my room.
Nothing worth mentioning considering the overall experience.
