wonderful bed; good location; very friendly and helpful staff; good internet.
the room was a bit cold, and the bathroom was quite cold because the heat turns off automatically at 75 degree F; and the gym is tiny. I expected a better gym and a warm room for this price.
Nice & clean,,helpful staff
no fridge in the room
The location was great, but the bar was really good, great staff, nice atmosphere and reasonably priced
When I book through booking.com I don't get hotel loyalty points.
The location was perfect, it made my stay wonderful coming back
Location, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed
Lack of a decent power shower with such a big shower, no mini bar, no coat hooks yet plenty of space and small bath towels (don't mean to be pedantic but this is not a cheap hotel $500 a night)
The location was great. The bar and restaurant were good but limited.
The gentleman at the check in was rude. Asked for a dinner recommendation (it was late) he steered us to a DUMP of a place. Upon our return I told him about the place and said he should go there and take a look (he had never been there) he proceed to bark at me telling me that no one else ever complained etc etc. Really rude!
The service was excellent. Beautiful facilities comfortable room
The wifi was a little slow the "luxury" upgrade on our king rooom -not sure if it was worth the price
even is a big hotel, you do not have that feeling. Nice and helpful personal. I like the interior designe
location, stylish interior, busy and friendly bar, good bar and dining menus
the hotel has a nice feel about it and the front desk staff were fairly accommodating.
We needed an extra bed for our son and the springs were practically visible thru the bedding. When e asked for a new one the second night, it was there, folded up and left for us to deal with it. It can't be that hard to find a decent roll-away bed if you're a big hotel chain?
Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished.
Gym was dark and poorly maintained. First room was on noisy street but staff were very accommodating when we requested a quieter side of the hotel.

Paper cups for coffee in room and in Lounge. Staff are a little distant
Great location, comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and did not disappoint. Location was perfect.
Pretty much everything. Great beds and a very clean room with lovely decor. Very helpful and pleasant staff. The Presinct was a great restaurant!!!
This was a great hotel to use as a base to explore the back bay. It is close to a subway station and a number of restaurants are within close walking distance. It also has a nice bar for pre-dinner drinks.
The rooms are on the small side but are modern and clean.
The staff and the room comfort
Nice clean room
Parking expensive, go to local car park round corner.
Great location, friendly and professional staff. Room was new, comfortable bed, nice amenities.
Room was a bit small, there was black mold in the shower stall, parking was expensive.
The staff was attentive, professional and yet friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. Awesome location.
Cool bar. Great restaurants close. Most activities in walking distance.
I loved the location and decor of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Heather on the information desk.
The hotel is very expensive in comparison to similar hotels that I have stayed in the past. Breakfast should at least be included in the price. Tea and coffee facilities were in the room but the bottles of water placed on the same tray cost seven dollors. I complained at checkout about this and the receptionist as a courtesy didn't charge me for the water.
The location was perfect! This was our first trip to Bean town. We were within walking distance to the T. The hotel was wonderful. A totally renovated and updated police station. The staff was gracious. There was no refrigerator in the room. However they brought one in free of charge. We were very pleased and would stay there again.
