一昨年に続き２度目の滞在でしたが、前回同様全てにおいて大満足しました。従業員一人一人の質の高さに、教育が隅々まで行き届いていると感じました。 |

立地条件がよく、観光にはとても便利でした。スタッフの対応もよかったです。 バスタブがなかったこと、思ったより部屋が狭かったこと（お値段のわりに）が少し残念でした。無料のお水は嬉しかったけれど、出来れば珈琲メーカーもあたらと思いました。 |

staff was very friendly and helpful, good location, Starbucks downstairs in the Lobby was a great breakfast option we requested quiet rooms, no construction but at 6 am there was construction noice, rooms seemed smaler then on the pictures of the booking site, the room description mentioned coffee maker but it was only a espressomaker and one of our 3 rooms did not have either. |

staff was friendly and helpful, we liked the starbucks coffee and baked goods downstairs in the lobby area, the location was good rooms were smaller than appeared in the pictures, coffe maker was actually just an espresso maker and one room did not have one at all, there was construction next door starting at 6 am and we asked for quiet rooms without construction noise... |

The hotel is very well situated, close to every interesting parts of downtown Boston. The room was nice, with excellent amenities. The Breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices, you need to try the on demand waffles. The bar, open late, is nicely crowded during the games. Drinks are well priced. When we first got into the room, the garbage can in the bathroom had not been emptied since the last guest. |

Location was fabulous. We found the room and facilities to be really excellent and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant on Easter Sunday night and found the food to be exceptional. Our six year old daughter was easily accommodated by the restaurant and loved her pasta. We also enjoyed delicious breakfasts. |

Good location. Nice staff. Comfy beds. Room was small. Wish there had been tea/coffee making equipment in the room. Il Barista seemed to keep irregular hours in the morning. |

I did not like the room I was initially offered and the staff did their best to show me alternative rooms! Then provision of complementary water and nespresso coffee makes a big difference! |
