“ Friendly front desk staff, valet and concierge. Excellent dinner recommendations along with reservations. Valet was knowledgeable and very accomodating. I picked this hotel because of it's proximity to Lenox Mall and it was wonderful to be able to access the mall without going outside. ”

Great Location. Beautiful view of downtown if your on that side. Very clean and spacious rooms. We could hear our neighbors talking. The water pressure and water temperature would fluctuate. Paying to park. After taxes and parking the room was $50 more than what is listed per night

The staff was so friendly and helpful!! The hotel was clean, even the locker room attached to the gym was amazingly clean! The pool was a little cool and the floor around it was very slippery when wet. Also was surprised that wi fi cost $12.00 in the rooms. But, it was still a great place to stay.

We loved the all of the staff. No one could help one more. Just looking lost anywhere was enough to bring two or more persons running over to help. Room was really attractive, everything was clean, location next to Lenox mall was superb, location in Atlanta overall relative to major highway and MARTA are superb. Bathroom vanity indents enough so that for us with poor eyesight, we can get close enough to put on makeup. We could not believe we had a room the size of the Grand Canyon (corner Deluxe Double) and nowhere to store clothes. We had the obligatory small closet with the always too few hangers, and not one set of drawers. Not one! There was room for a wide bureau if needed in the room, and yet we were scrounging not to live out of our suitcases. So for future, either put in something with drawers or please add a zillion hangers to the closet. I KNOW I could have asked housekeeping, etc. for more, but still, why should anyone in a double be looking for more hangers or a drawer (and please do not count the shelves under the TV as drawers! They don't slide out!) In addition, we loved our bathroom, but the arrangement of towels, etc meant that we had minimal storage space there either. But you did have at least two hooks, and that was great.

Love this hotel very classy, close to shopping, restaurants & such a friendly city. The $32/day Valet Parking Fee it was a bit of a shock but still would highly recommend this hotel...perfect place to stay & see the city.

location, workout room, bath products, room, concierge was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and my daughter's food allergy. you have to use steps to get to the parking garage., coffee in the room was terrible. the coffee in the cafe at the hotel was cold.

That you have a gym and a swimming pool That it is not possible to watch tv in the rooms without paying an extra charge, and that there is no free wifi in the rooms. These things are included in most hotels (even budget hotels). We found it strange and very annoying that it was not included at jw marriott.

I picked this hotel because of it's proximity to Lenox Mall and it was wonderful to be able to access the mall without going outside. I personally dislike buffets of any sort and so the breakfast buffet lacked (for me anyway) value for price paid. Extremely expensive for eggs, bacon, and toast. I could have ordered off the menu but the price would have been the same (or close to it). However, the wait staff was great and very attentive and we enjoyed dining but I would have preferred a more cost effective way to start my day...
