We arrived before check-in, but we were told we could have lunch and they would text us when the room was ready. Three hours later (after 4PM), we returned to the front desk and our room had been ready, they just forgot to text us. We only had turn down service the first night, we had to call to ask for pillows and a blanket for the fold out couch, there was a mix-up with "included" breakfast (Melissa at the front desk was very helpful in resolving this.), and it was difficult to find a waiter to take your order at the Bar (We left after 20 minutes one night since no one came over.) and Rita's. Also, I think WiFi should have been free. A beautiful property with amazing recommendations so I just didn't expect these problems.
The facilities were wonderful and our room was very comfortable. The waiters were very friendly and efficient once you got their attention to order. We did have lunch and drinks at the main pool (Dino was very good.), and facials, massages, and pedicures at the spa which we enjoyed.
