Great room, great facilities, great breakfast, great price. The best hotel we stayed at during a 4 week tour of California, Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. We stayed for 2 nights before moving to one of the themed hotels on the Strip and wished we had stayed here the full time. It is a 20 minute drive tot he strip for sightseeing but a world away in terms of comfort, facilities and enjoyment
Nothing, but you have to accept it is not on the Strip. So much the better.
Pillows are way to soft to sleep with. More pillow options within the rooms.
Nice and quite location. Very friendly personnel. Loved to be around many green trees and waterfalls.
I would like to stay there more often on my weekends , and as local resident I would like to receive better price deal.

The service was great the hotel was nice clean good food from room service.
Every room should have a fridge ...mine was broken. Also a microwave. I had to throw away a lot food being alone it would made for a great stay to be able to reheat my food.
Breakfast buffet and the spa massage was good.
smoking in the casinos restaraunts closed very early like 9:00 went to into one 5 minutes before they closed the steak house and the guy was a real jerk and said they were closed very poor customer service glad I did not drop any money in there.
Location was nice, staff friendly.
The room furnishings were dated the carpets in the hallways needed cleaning and updated the ground lighting didnt always function and the pool area was very small. It just wasn't as nice as other JW Marriott's I stayed at.
The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The cabanas were super nice and private, a great value!

The Canadian bellman was highly unaccommodating to us upon arrival. The melons offered at breakfast weren't fresh.

Friendliness of staff, Excellent rooms
The whole experience was very pleasant. The staff was courteous, the rooms spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa, and there were shopping areas close by to visit. Also happy to have free parking.

Very large room, the bathroom was nice separate shower and tub easily fits two.
About twenty five minutes away from downtown and the strip. When we got to our room we asked for new sheets because the one we had were torn in the middle. And they also had outdated electronics.

The room and bathroom were 4-stars. We loved the dual-headed shower and the two-person jetted bath.
I hate resort fees. Why can't you just charge extra for the room? It's not like anyone is not paying the resort fee. Also, the parking was a bit of a joke. If you don't want to valet your car then you have to park on the other side of all the people who do. It makes sense that the lot would be closer, but it should be in an entirely different location not the exact same parking lot with little dividers. Last thing, don't plan on using the shuttle. Sun-Thurs it only runs at 11am, 5pm, and 11pm. Fri-Sat it runs every two hours. Don't miss it...

I had stayed at this facility three years ago and was given a room in one of the West towers. It was a beautiful room with a most outstanding view, quiet, clean and not one complaint. Only great memories of the visit and stay. I do not gamble but come to LV to visit my daughter and my new twin grandchildren and grandson. I enjoy the amenities, spa, gym, pool and dinning. The staff is always most courteous and patient giving each customer the time, respect and service required. When I voiced my complaints, herein documented in the 'dislike' section, the staff was most than accommodating. I was offered reasonable alternatives.
Our room was not completely stocked for our arrival, 1. no caffeinated coffee, and a missing shampoo tube. I had to ask one of the housekeeping staff who kindly provided me coffee and shampoo. 2. The rooms coffee maker was located in a small mirrored cubby, quite attractively decorated with mirrors and a light source, but no electrical outlet to plug in the coffee maker. Had to carry the unit into the bathroom, found this distasteful, next option would have been a near floor outlet... 3. The balcony had a very sour odiferous odor which we realized after a while was the freshly manured lawn... so could not enjoy the balcony. 4. the hallway smelt of stale cigarette smoke. felt more like we were staying at a La Quinta inn every time we stepped out of the room...
