Knowledge of logistics of cruise travel
transportation from airport to hotel and opposite and internal transportation for important area
Great view, comfortable beds and room facilities, pool on 19th floor and complimentary 30 minutes bowling, quality breakfasts on 2nd and 36th floors.
Queen beds standard, pool can be shaded by neighbouring building- not surprising given it is downtown
Very professional staff
While driving in downtown traffic it is hard to see the sign on the hotel.
Finger prints all over the property. Dirty sheets. Dirty light switches. Sticky floors.
The staff is extremely well accommodating. They made our stay a delight. Our room had the most amazing view of the bay.
The housekeeping was the worst ever
-An amazing hotel, sleek, elegant and extremely clean rooms will make your stay as pleasant as it can possibly be. -The staff was always very helpful, and ready to help with any requests you have. -The illy espresso machines on the rooms with courtesy capsules every morning are a nice touch of class - (nothing beats a fresh espresso in the mornings) -Incredibly fast Wi-Fi for the guests everywhere in the hotel, from bathroom to hallways and restaurants - you're always covered. - Concierge Lounge (only certain rooms have access to it) provides you with a more personal experience with an exceptional view from the Bay while enjoying your breakfast or having a beer late in the evening.
- Very Limited Breakfast options in Concierge Lounge (36th floor) - Attention:: I did not go down to the rest. on 2nd floor to compare so this review is purely based on the Concierge lounge restaurant ONLY !! - You'll be served a very traditional "American Breakfast" (sliced bacon & sausages, sliced bread or toast with jam/jelly/butter, pancakes with syrup, cornflakes or other cereal) and a few options of fruits - -Believe it or not, there was no ham, cheese, salamis or anything like it, I wanted to fix myself a ham n' cheese sandwich but i could not. -During the week, they close breakfast way too early @ 9am. - this may be okay if you're traveling on business and needs to be up early, but if you're on a vacation (like me) having to wake up @ 7:50 to have breakfast which you had paid extra - was disappointing. - They claim to serve breakfast from 6 ~ 9 on weekdays, but on the morning of my checkout, I got to the lounge at 6:10 and had to wait until 6:25 for the attendants to finish serving it.
Location - Walking Distance From Bayside Park and Lots of Restaurants and Shops View of the Miami Bay Service Great Room Nice Bathroom Facilities - Pool Excelent Wi-Fi & Internet Access
Noise from the other rooms
Excelent wifi conection and the location in general
The staff that receive us wasnt kind. I think they saw me as a young colombian girl that wasnt able to pay. The rest of the days the staff was great. Not a very good start
In general, the hotel is very good. I would go again as need.
Valet parking staff was excellent but time of waiting for the car was too long. The pool facility should be better according to the luxury of the hote.
The cost of the valet parking
The room size is amazing , the pool and the quality of the service is also great. Everything was wonderful during our staying. The location is very good, near Brickell where you find good restaurants and the metromover station that provides a very good service for free.
Restaurants are a little bit expensive. One of them was closed.
Restaurant in the ground flour
Amazing views from hotel and great location.
Check in should have been available at 4pm but didn't get room until 6pm and told it was because they were very busy - very very poor service for such a good hotel!
everything the hotel provided any problems which there were none they were ready at any moment to assist.
I had a great time
The hotel was centrally located near bay area. The beds and pillow were extremely comfortable and very neat and clean, you will get feeling of brand new hotel. We enjoyed all the three LED TVs. Two huge 50 inches in bed room and sitting area and one small one fixed within vanity mirror in bath. Modern well decorated and high-tech hotel. Basic breakfast but of good quality.
We booked room for 4 persons room including breakfast for $298/night through booking.com but the hotel front desk insisted to upgrade room otherwise one double bed for four of us and will charge children for breakfast, so we have to pay $100/night extra. The front desk person Caroline I think, was a bit rude initially but after up gradation children (13 & 15) breakfast was allowed complimentary.
The staff were incredibly friendly and every need was catered for
I liked everything about the hotel. Rooms are excellent, awesome bay views, courteous and accommodating staff.
There wasn't anything to not like about this hotel.
Like the location in downtown Miami. I love Miami!
They let someone charge to my account fraudulently and did not work things out. Now I have to fight with them via credit card company. The manager on duty is a former psychologist and he does not understand customer service. Should be retrained in hospitality!
Rooms are extremely spacious, modern, beautifully designed and furnished. Beautiful view on the upper floors. Wifi in the rooms. Excellent breakfast.
Its location is perfect for business trips so it doesnt have direct access to the beach.
I stayed at this hotel for one night before taking off on my first cruise and picked this location based on the reviews and the pictures. The hotel is really nice and the location is within walking distance to Bayside, where you can shop and get a bite to eat. It's also minutes away from the cruise port. The taxi ride was only $8.00 for two people without a tip.
I would have given this hotel a better rating, if it wasn't for the fact that I had reserved the room almost (4) four months in advance and requested two beds. When I checked in, I was told there weren't any rooms with (2) two beds and I had to settle for a king size bed with a cot. The staff person wouldn't even upgrade me to a bay view room for the inconvenience. I could have stayed at the local Holiday Inn, if I had known my accommodations couldn't be met. I spent too much money to just have a king size bed.
Every thing is good
Good for me but without beaches site
