Did not like the mini fridge system. They advertised a mini fridge but guests are completely unable to utilize it. They have installed a drink dispenser inside. If I'm paying this kind of money at least let me store my Gatorade.

Restaurant staff couldn't speak English very well

Location

There are no discounts for solo travelers and I had to pay a 2-persons rate (but maybe this is also the case for most hotels in Miami). They do not have a swimming pool as other hotels nearby and with similar prices do.

Hotel cannot found the guest's name. The guest spent a lot of time to wait.

I like the friendliness of the staff, the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

The housekeeping was inconsistent during my stay (I was actually there for 6 nights on separate bookings but kept the same room). Some days I didn't get all the consumables refreshed eg hand towels, water, shower gel and other days I did. They need to pay attention to the small details.

Beautiful, luxury, modern, clean, well location, good breakfast and a very polite staff. I definitively recommend this Hotel.

The proposal of Booking showed us coffee included for all. It was an apartment for 4 and they only accepted 2 as free breakfast and charged us by 2.

A good standard business hotel

I would like to especially commend the staff, in particular at the front desk (Ericka), and the lady and gentlemen in the lobby and parking areas. They were not only professional and courteous and obviously competent, they went out of their way to be helpful. This made my stay even better! Please extend my thanks to them.

If I could make one minor criticism, the computer did not work well and the internet connection was quite slow.

A internet do quarto era muito lenta. Difícil de fazer qualquer pesquisa. Diferente da localizada no lobby do hotel, muito rápida e eficiente.

La Ubicación es excelente si uno va en plan de negocios o conferencias, en donde no te queda mucho tiempo para hacer turismo. Cerca del bello paisaje de la bahía para caminar un rato y de muchos lugares para tomar comer rico o tomarse algo. La zona es segura y tiene muy cerca el métrico que te permite ampliar un poco más el área.

Las camas dobles son full. No Queen, aunque ellos insisten en lo contrario. El personal parece no ser muy entendido en los aspectos más detallados. Las áreas sociales del hotel son frías y oscuras. No están acorde con la Zona.

El servicio de concierge es muy regular. No tuvieron ningun interes en ayudarnos con una reservacion en un restaurante a pesar de nuestra cordial solicitud

Excelente atendimento, já que todos os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos. Não precisamos aguardar o horário de entrado no hotel, aliás assim que chegamos, por volta das 9:00 horas, já fizeram o check-in e fomos para o apartamento. A organização do hotel é fantástica, o apartamento maravilhoso, tudo muito confortável e limpo. A localização também é muito boa, o lugar é bem tranquilo, estando próximo de vários restaurantes.

Apenas do ar condicionado nas áreas comuns que era muito gelado.

Everybody was so nice and the hotel was so clean and super fancy

A lot of sketchy people staying at the hotel and making noise at night. It didn't let us sleep!
