Staff was excellent. From check in to check out staff was always available and attentive.

Concierge was very helpful..

The Hotel charge $40 for parking every day for a Hotel guest ..... Check in staff not friendly...

We thought their was an extra-ordinary large staff on site, opening doors, parking cars. All extremely efficient and very friendly. We like the location on Canal, but not too close to Bourbon Street; easy to get to all sites around the city. Within walking distance of many touristy spots. The rooms were very comfortable, the only other thing we may wanted is a small fridge. But that would clutter up the room as there is no perfect location for the fridge. The maid-service was excellent and we found our room cleaned, and sheets changes on a daily basis. We loved the fruit infused water in the lobby, and the "take a bottle of water with you" outside the front door extremely wonderful.

Awful mattress with ridges garbage not taken out poor handling of supposed evacuation--told not to use elevators, but many people were using them to both go up and down information was sparse and no explanation was ever given for emergency speaker notice

I like the executive lounge and the view from my hotel I was able to see a variety of different spots.

I didn't like that the key that I had wouldn't give me access to the lounge I know other guest experience the same issue as well.

The location and meeting facilities. The pointing system at the presentations could be improved.

Internet should be provided in rooms without additional payment.

I lilked the way the Hotel was laid out. I thought the room we had was a nice size with somewhat good views. We enjoyed the full health club, room service and the Hotel Lobby Bar. The staff was definitely geared toward Customer Satisfaction and going above that. I thought the bed was comfortable, firm. I thought the pillows were also firm and not lumpy or flat... They provided good support for our heads and neck. We thoroughly enjoyed the Concierge's Lounge with the food that was served by extremely friendly and helpful people. The food was prepard with good tastes.

I thought it was strange that the suite only had 1 trash can. There wasn't any evidence of recycling (special can to put newspapers, bottles or cans.)

People in the front desk, and all the employees were very friendly, the room very clean, close to everything, if I return from vacation would be in the same hotel.

We had a very nice man deliver breakfast the second day of our stay. I neglected to get his name. He was very accommodating and friendly. This was on September 21.

The construction work being done in the lobby area. The walkway or hallway we walked through to get to the restaurant was not safe. The floor was not level.

Being put next door to a kitchen especially as we paid a high rate And other rooms were available!!

The location was good we were close to most things the staff were also very helpful especially the concierge Andrew.

I had to ask more than once for a shower cap (something I would consider standard in a hotel of this standard ) the personal toiletries were lacking no mini bar and the pillows were terrible!

Location , there should have been some notification regarding renovations, caught us off guard. Once the somewhat inconvience was over thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I believe the parking rate is over ranged compaired to other Hotels with parking on the grounds.

La ATENCION en puestos vitales. Por ejemplo en la mañana esperando el sitting para el desayuno. La mala educación y las caras de desgano y disgusto en las damas que atienden. Muy pobre el Room Service. Los sandwiches que se piden les falta muchísima calidad y les sobra pan rústico y gruesísimo. Tengo una platinum plus. El hotel autofija unilateralmente un máximo de u$s 2000 y lo debita. Ello es una arbitrariedad. Además, no está comentada de antemano. Mi tarjeta NO TIENE LIMITE DE CREDITO. Es un ejemplo de voracidad financiera de quienes tienen el hotel.
