Superb location! Helpful, very friendly staff who helped us check in 4 hours early without a hassle!!!!!!! Prompt valet service. Extremely clean, comfortable room. We couldn't have been happier.
Did not felt very welcome even as a silver member
The properties and staff was excellent
No free parking and if you did not talk to the staff they would have charge us almos &10 a day for wifi. When you spoke to them about this they gave a very weak response but did authorize free wifi.
location and comfort.
Expensive. Better deals were offered online. I tried to switch but they refused. Booking.com were VERY helpful and got me a deal on wifi! An American lady team member tried very heard to accommodate us. Well done booking.com!
location in the heart of San Francisco near by shops and the union square
No a good lobby, wrong booking the parking cost
WiFi really shouldn't be a paid option
Paid wifi in room
Room, service, location, feel.
Very limited free wi-fi. No program guide for cable.
good size rooms Great views Clean and spacious restrooms
Breakfast is excellent and coffee is very good.
No self parking only valet.
Fireplace in lobby.
Shower was a bit small.
Excellent location, very friendly staff, spacious room
Only one chair in the room, some smells from carpet, window needs an upgrade
The staff were really nice. We loved the 2 queen sized beds and the great view. The location is walking distance from fabulous shopping, great eating places, and night life. The breakfast/snack bar on the 21st floor was exceptional.
The shower pan was way too small, the on-site parking was too expensive ($56/day), there was only 1 chair in the room, the door to the bathroom didn't slide like it was supposed to, and there was no sound separation between the toilet and the rest of the room.
Room size, Street noise
Stayed for o e night with My son. Everything ok but Breakfast buffé 26 dollars was not even close worth it. Fold ok but price...,,,
Location at union square
It is over priced
The intimacy of the hotel and decor. Very impressive interior whilst not being overwhelmingly large.
The staff is first-rate! From the reception, to the concierge, to the wait staff - they were all wonderful and so caring!!
Nothing - great hotel!
Convenience of downtown stores for shopping & restaurants Near union square activities Bell staff very helpful with arranging limo service; staff very friendly & helpful lounge entertainment great
only one person at check-in desk then several people came out together to wait on people
no business center line to ask a question food expensive and not good WiFi is extra high dollar for the stay room very small no ambiance
location was great
door to my room (508) was dirty. looked like scratches from luggage or other objects. the hotel itself was great except for the cleanliness of hotel room door. valet parking cost is terrible. i will not stay there again due to extremely high valet cost that i was not aware of until i checked out!
Service was good Food was okay Need to call the front desk if you want turn down
The designer if this hotel thought glass elevators would be a cool feature, but the tall inner atrium serves only to give guests vertigo with open wraught iron metal railings that are gaudy and nerve wracking if you have small kids on a high floor. The hallway design is not well thought out and the fancy glass elevators make a lot of noise, making the atrium guest / bar area not restful or peaceful, not likely the effect they were trying to create.
Room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. Concierge was outstanding, very convenient to cable cars, bus lines and bart. Fitness center was excellent.
No fridge, coffee machine only option for expresso serving size, charged us for using large bottled water that was sitting by our bed.
We like the location the friendly staff
Nothing we didn't like
Overnight street noise from late night owls in the street
