This was a large property and the breakfast was so busy it took an hour
I love the pillows marked hard and soft. I can't find a good pillow in many hotels.
Kanab fit our itinerary.
The indoor pool was too cold for us to swim; hot tub was very hot. Since we booked this particular hotel for these amenities, we were very disappointed. Mattress was hard.
Great position in town.
Location and the area
Best bathroom wallpaper ever! Swimming pool and spa was a welcome touch aftee a day of horse riding.
Staff were a tiny bit unhelpful on check in, especially with bringing bags in from the car. My mum is disabled and they watched me struggle with a lot of bags.
We have state here many times and we love it. It's in a good location. The staff is attentive and very friendly. We had a quiet room with comfortable beds. It's very quiet and clean . Location is great . We thought the price was great .
Wish they served breakfast till 10 or 11. Stopped at 930 which is 830 our time and we like to eat late on vacation. The pancake machine was not on either day I went down and got breakfast before it closed .
Suite are great
There is not an ice machine on each floor. Only one for the Hotel and it didn't work very well.
Close to National parks
Excellent location. Good breakfast.
The price is OK. Kind and helpful staff.
Noisy fan in the room. The trash cans were not emptied. Old carpet. Breakfast.
Location was good for visiting North Rim of Grand Canyon, Brice & Zion National Parks.
Parking Lot spaces were very narrow, had trouble getting into car when big SUV's /Trucks parked on both sides of my Rav 4.
pancake maker in the breakfast room was awesome, very friendly front desk clerk, spacious and comfortable room, a lot of parking space, supermarket just over the street
ice machine across the hallway from our room was loud
Nice little town in great location re: access to parks. Interesting history as movie locale for well-known westerns - see the many descriptive markers on Main Street. Be sure to visit the Rocking V Cafe - excellent food and atmosphere, walking distance from hotel.
Beware that many bus groups stay here per our experience, which can mean sudden crowds at breakfast, lobby, etc.
Liked everything fine. Nothing stands out as exceptional but nothing was bad either...average
Excellent breakfast. Ideal central location.
There was no fridge in the standard 2 queen bed room which for a location with high temperatures I found surprising. One was offered at an extra fee but I felt it ought to be standard.
Bed was uncomfortable
We were here over night and everything was great. We had a huge room.
It took us timeo find somewhere to dine
Breakfast above par
Room dark and musty. Overpriced. Could barely advise about a venue for dinner.
I liked the Kitchen staff and Ivan, the maintenance person, very much. Very pleasant and kind folks. The night shift front desk person was very helpful and personable. The other folks who staffed the front desk were also nice.
1) My backed-up toilet. Not my fault at all. I didn't dump anything into it. 2) The rooms surrounding mine were filled with a bunch of noisy little kids. ( I realize this is Utah and I should anticipate that situation.) Unfortunately, my dog was not raised around noisy little kids. So my standard poodle and the kids did not mix well. Her deep bark usually scared the heck out of them. 3) The cover of my mattress or my mattress itself, which were made of something I was allergic to that gave me terrible migraines every single night I stayed at the hotel. 4) You can hear every single noise above you and next to you because the walls are apparently thin or not well soundproofed. 5) Hotel is overpriced. $20 per night dog fee. A three-day stay ran well over $600! Last year, a blackout hit the town of Kanab and the hotel was without power for several hours. To compound the problem, emergency back-up lighting had not been installed in the halls or in the rooms. I just have no luck when I'm staying in that hotel!
Very nice breakfast. Pool.
staff friendly and accommodating breakfast options were excellent
some noisy people above us was not aware booking.com did not have cancellation provision
Very clean, big room, big bed.
Enjoyed the location and the manager gave my wife and I an excellent recommendation on a restaurant for an anniversary dinner.
Stayed on the second floor. Was awakened by a yapping dog at 6am. We were not aware pets were allowed. Called the front desk who was surprised by the fact a dog was there, but the problem continued for half hour more.
