No smoking room smelled like smoke
The room was nothing like the picture. The room was very small like a match box room.
Lack of place to eat.
Location - close to courthouse.
Refrigerator was not working, outdated sheets and linen as well as the room itself, it looks like the furniture were picked up from a thrift shop and elevator is slow. Locating your room was a bit confusing.
Walking distance to the metroline, free wifi, Friendly staff, air conditioner blows cold air.
rooms dingy, small basic tv. instant coffee
Location, two blocks to court house
Needed to run the shower 5 min. for the water to be lukewarm.
Close to subway. Walking distance to Little Tokyo & Arts district (10 min.), Chinatown and Spanish areas (20 min.).
Location and Staff
The staff was very helpful whenever I needed information and all were very friendly
There is some kind of club place that is conected to the building next door. Plays loud far into the night. It's like having a muffled party in your room while trying to sleep.
It is close to a few areas I like. The staff is friendly.
It wasn't better than Holiday Inn :-(
I liked hotel room, it was clean & neat. I like the fact that its in the downtown.
I specifically booked the room to use the shower because my water was off due to repairs. They were made well aware of this and still managed to put us in a room with a faulty shower where the hot and cold went in and out and had almost no pressure. Not much thinking done by the front desk staff seeing as how they were made aware of the nature of our visit ahead of time.
I liked how close it was to everything
Dirty, loudy, does not worth the money.
Rooms were "micro" in size, everything appeared to be miniature in size, i.e., television, bathroom...
Location to Grand Market (open air market) located downtown
every waiter and servant here is just like a zombie, so reluctant to help guests. the twins beds are not unified, one good one poor, which is just like a garbage from the recycle center, I have pictures to prove it
friendly and helpful staff. Efficient, and professional.
Stayed twice in same room and bedding not clean pretty sure bedbugs rule.
we don't have breakfast. if you want go to visit the famous places, you need take a taxi, bus or go by car;
* good price * laundry service for a goo price. * the room is clean every day;
Bedbugs- rooms 419
Secured/private/Nice/solid thick walls.
Location Quiet Safe
The lingering stench of tobacco smoke in a 2d floor non-smoking room.
Close to my place of employment. Good restaurants nearby.
everything manager with ponytail was unprofessional and not helpful
I had to stay at a smoking room, but one night did not affect my lungs. the shower temperature changed often during my shower. the microwave did not work. the construction next door was annoying.
I liked the proximity to metro station & the price was adequate for the purpose of my trip. closeness to Japan national museum and little Tokyo are great.
Entire place smells bad, bedspread was probably not washed, woke up itchy. There's a nightclub or something next door that plays loud music till late at night. Not a good experience.
Close to Union Station which was what I needed.
I didnt like the heavy disco sound right next to our bedroom (it Was saturday night though).
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, avoid like the plague! First impressions of reception were OK but as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, I was hit by an overwhelming smell of cigarettes and weed. Venturing into my room, the smell changed to stale urine. My feet stuck to the carpet which clearly has not been replaced in my lifetime, the room looks like it has not been decorated since the 50s and the whole place just had a grimy feeling. My attempts at opening the window for some relief from the stench proved futile as it was already off it's hinges. If it wasn't for the fact I was starting a tour from this hotel very early the next day, I would have swallowed the loss of the £70 it had cost to stay here (absolute rip off) and transferred to a different hotel. Instead, I went out for as long as possible and as the bed cover actually looked urine stained, slept wrapped in my sleeping bag to avoid almost certain contamination. The whole place needs to be gutted and fumigated - I have no idea how this passes any kind of inspection.
