Liked the location of the hotel close to every thing.

We were given a smoking room and our sin has asthma. The smoke was so bad when I opened the door and breathed in my chest starting burning.

    Close to the French Quarter.

Having to pay for parking when you are staying there!

Very Friendly Staff. Location not to Far from French quarters or Superdome.

Paying $22.50 for Parking. The Smell in the elevator. The restroom door retracting into the wall.

Location was good and Breakfast was good.

The room and bathroom was very minimal. Pictures were very deceiving. Made it look allot bigger than actual size.

It was fairly close to Bourbon street and had good parking.

It seems to be an old hospital or something. The rooms are extremely small and the beds are too. We had an empty rubber wrapper under our bed, and our ironing board fell off the wall.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Hotel is fairly centrally located and within easy walking distance to most downtown attractions. Breakfast was good. Decent pricing for what you get.

The room smelled "stale" when we checked in. Had to Fabreeze it ourselves. The beds were very uncomfortable and bouncy. Very thin walls. We could hear everything our neighbors were up to (which meant they could hear US!). Bathroom fixtures were old and loose. Parking is not included in the price. Generally, an overall run-down appearance. Glad we only stayed one night.

For the price. I had to stay over night in the city because my train was not leaving out again until 9 am the next morning. The staff was a delight to deal with. No hassles what so ever! I slept great and awoke refreshed. I have already recommended them to a few of my friends.

Conveniently located, within walking distance of the Amtrak station. Good for those who have overnight layovers in the city. I did not feel unsafe walking there, even at about 11pm at night. Facilities and the room were clean. The gentleman at the desk was nice.

There was a dead splattered bug on the wall. That was kind of gross. Also, their laundry facilities are tiny. Lastly, they did not give me a receipt for the stay, and I found later on that I was overcharged by about $30. After contacting them and, the situation was rectified. But I can't help but find that suspicious. I'm not saying to avoid this place, but be careful and always use a credit card here (which gives you added protection from fraud).

Location was great, staff was very friendly, very clean and comfortable rooms.

The bathroom doors slide open instead of opening and closing. Parking cost $20 a night but that is everywhere downtown.

The breakfast bar was adequate. The room was clean. The location was good. The accommodations were adequate for the price.

The queen bed was actually a double bed. The room had a "Mothball" odor. Not enough wash clothes available.

The women at the front desk for my 2nights, 3days visit were exceptionally nice and helpful. The server in the breakfast area was very courteous & kind. Everyday these women made it forth staying in a quiet unkept hotel. It needs upgrades, new carpeting, cleaner building inside & out.

The hotel was poorly cleaned from the entrance of the hotel, rug in lobby in front of elevator was dirty the entire stay, elevator dirty/ smelly, the carpet was stain throughout the hotel, the toilet ran all night even after I spoke with maintenance, shower has old mole stains, cracked sink counter tops, old fashion comforter on bed, broken lamp shade, no closet which was odd, noisy hotel, breakfast with no meat just eggs & plain grits, broken dryers in hotel, room smell of smoke when its non-smoking room,i felt nervous to sleep in bed, maids don't clean very well the rooms/ hotels, manager wasn't friendly he only was into himself never spoke to guests once just walk pass like u invisible.
