Kenny's Tipperary Inn  

the motel is clean, cozy and light, we loved the fresh new bedding and comfortable beds and look forward to the next round of upgrades and renovations. this is a great location and the staff (especially Anya!) is warm and wonderful. we enjoyed our stay very much.

the motel is still in need of some upgrades, but they're coming! can't wait to see this place when it's fully refreshed!

The managers, onja and Roy are fabulous and so friendly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel because of them. My only gripe would be that they need blackout blinds. Other than that. 10 outta 10

As I said the blackout blinds would be great. And maybe the choice of a feather pillow.

Very comfortable. Loved the whirlpool tub after the triathlon. Manucci's restaurant next door is recommended.

The lady who ran it was understaffed off season but she was running around doing her best. The facility was oler and worn but it was clean and very roomy. It had a living area and full kitchen and I could have spent a week in comfort.

The people were awesome, and the room was great.

Difficultly shutting faucet in sink and adjusting the water in the shower. No hair dryer.

Not very much.It was totally over-priced. We didn't even get clean towels in the morning and the bathroom smelled awful. The restaurant, Manucci's was also a disaster - terrible service.

Great staff, great location. Onya will make sure you have a perfect stay.

Room was clean and tidy but smelt of smoke and odour as it shared a kitchen with the main office, where people were smoking. We were given a "kitchen" with the room but it was not functional in any way and was part of the office. a let down given the price of the room.

The room was flooded and stank. Our bathroom was not cleaned either with hairs everywhere!

The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful even though we didn't need much assistance. Close to the beach and the bay, as well as the town, but far enough from the clutter in the town circle during the day.

I liked the location, it was perfect for the things we were doing. The weekend activites were all within a short distance. The service and staff eere good and helpfuland theroom was clean.

We missed the small was clothes on the wash room. Toilet paper holder for the the paper.

Nice friendly management and good location for restaurants/water sports

The staff was extremly friendly and helpful, always ready to please. The beds were amazingly comfortable with nice linens and the towels were big and fluffy. The pool was very clean. The location was within walking distance to Gosmans dock, and minutes away from town. All in all it was a pleasant experience. They had a beautiful "ZEN" garden area, which would be nice on an autumn evening with the two fire pits blazing.

They are in the midst of renovations and some features were not finished, however would like to go back when they are all done.

We actually liked Kenny's but for what it cost the benefits were not there....it was good....but I have been in much bette! The English lady that worked in the office was very nice but the owner was different! Not sure I will be staying in Montauk again, but who knows I would go back...and do realize all the places are expensive! The restaurant had very good pizza I will say that.

We did not like the price for what it cost a night, the bathroom was way too small and there wasn't even a hair dryer. The room was okay....nothing fancy but not even a coffee maker or a place to get coffee or something to eat in the morning....I understand Montauk is a ritzy area...and I guess we were up to visit our son but everything is so expensive and I feel I have spent a lot less and gotten a lot more in other areas just as nice as Montauk. With the economy the way it is, it's a hard pill to swallow...unless you are very well off!

Ayana (hope I have her name right) who works the office was fantastic! I never felt so welcome....she gave us a tour and was so genuinely friendly....I would definitely come back!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are making improvements to the Inn, which will be nice. The location in Montauk is very convenient, and away from the hustle/bustle of the main area of town.

They are still trying to get established with vendors, so need a few details to work out, such as enough shampoo/soap in the rooms.

New bed was very comfortable.

Old facility which has been given superficial face lift. Lock did not work on front door. Remote did not operate TV? Poor lighting, all lamps had 15 watt bulbs! Bathroom awful! Soap dish in shower held in with duct tape. No toilet paper holder. No tissues. Paper shower mat. No shelves for toiletries. Hot water was lukewarm. Furniture was from the 50's. Grossly overpriced, you would pay $69 anywhere else in the country!
