My wife and I enjoyed the location of the hotel. Close to shopping,union square and it was easy to get a cab to any other destination. The staff was very helpful, THe bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink was very low. Not good if you have a bad back. |

Very central. Good location for shops and restaurants. Close to all transportation (cable car, bus, metro, tramway) Can be noisy in the late evening: very close to (touristic) Union Square. |

Staff were very helpful - changed b ooking from Tues & Wed to Wed & Friday - no hassle. Lovely room and the location is fantastic - literally 30 second walk from Union Square/Tram stop etc. Nothing worth mentioning except no milk in the room for tea/coffee ! |

the hotel is very good located, 10 step to union square. The bed hotel have problem with matress. We request to cange the room twice and two room have the same problem with the bed. The noise of the close door from another room can wake you up in the morning. If you want ice or coffee you have to go to 9 floor, |
