Kensington Park Hotel - A Personality Hotel

スタッフがとても気持ちよく接してくれて、気持ちよく滞在できました。客室は過不足ない設備で非常に清潔で- 心地よく滞在できました。Valet Parkingを利用しましたが、ホテル前の道が狭く、交通量が多い所で、車を止めたり、駐車時間が長引い- てほかの宿泊客が怒って怒鳴ったり、問題がありました。

朝食サービスでコーヒーが出ましたが、せめてクッキーなど、簡単でよいので飲み物以外のものも用意していた- だけたらと思いました。前には行っていたとのことなので、復活を期待します。

It was great to stay at Kensington, nice location, clean and tidy, nice staff, classic feeling, sherry and tea in the afternoon was wonderful.

Location was good and the staff was very personable. Nice decor and atmosphere was relaxing.

Be sure to ask for a refrigerator in your room if you think you need one. We didn't know you had to ask.

Very nice hotel located close to Union Square

Location was very convenient for transportation and sightseeing in the area. Enjoyed being able to walk to shops, galleries, restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. Comfortable, clean rooms and nice furnishings.

Lighting in the rooms was dim, could have been improved by better light bulbs in lamps. Some sort of continental breakfast would have been nice, if only bagels, muffins and juice.

The staff was incredibly helpful, hotel location was very convenient to shopping & public transportation.

The location was good for shopping and getting around. The room was nice for an older hotel. The decor was nice.

There was no counter space in the bath room and the rooms where on the small side.

There are very good breakfast places near the hotel and the location is excellent for shopping, also the chinatown is near. The harbor and the baseball stadium as well as other important sightseeing places are easily accessible by means of public transportation. The neighborhood is safe and crouded with tourists, however few blocks to the west starts the "bad" neighborhood. Cable car stops are near. The room was nicely furnished and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. At least the room to the inner courtyard was quiet. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel and the pictures provided on the web page actually match the reality about the room (which has not been the case with all our hotels). Coffee and tea are served in the morning and sherry and tea in the afternoon, which was also a nice addition.

Nice comfortable hotel close to Union Square and local transport stops making it easy to get around. In the heart of the shopping district with lots of places to eat nearby.

Perfect location! Friendly, helpful and attentative staff. Although no meals were available at the hotel it was nice that they provided morning coffe/tea and also had complimentary afternoon sherry in the lounge area. The room was spatious, was nicely designed and the bed very comfortable.

Convenience and decor

Wished we would have had coffee service in the hotel. We had to travel to another floor to get coffee and it was out.
