localizacao sim o concierge nao funciona e é mdiocre o funcionario. por sermos brasileiros nos atacou sem qualquer motivo chamando nosso presidente lula de ladrao. falhou gravemente quando marcou nosso retorno hotel/aeroporto contratado e pago a ele para as 16:00 hs quqndo era o correto 4:00 hs. tivemos que contratar um taxi urgente e custou o dobro do valor do transfer contartado. |

I was made to feel very welcome upon my arrival. After a recent trip to Paris, I found the room (and the elevator!) to be quite large and comfortable. I was pleased to see that I got a corner room with a peek at Union Square. The proximity to shopping was fabulous - I walked out of the hotel, and everything was right there! It was all quite positive, and I would definitely stay there again. The hotel room doors close quite loudly, and woke me up at 5:00 in the morning. |

Location was very convenient for transportation and sightseeing in the area. Enjoyed being able to walk to shops, galleries, restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. Comfortable, clean rooms and nice furnishings. Lighting in the rooms was dim, could have been improved by better light bulbs in lamps. Some sort of continental breakfast would have been nice, if only bagels, muffins and juice. |

Clean, good design, confortable No breakfast available and 37 dollars a day for the valet parking. This is a problem of the location: all hotels in the area are like this. I would go there again anyway. Breakfast can be done at cafe la Taza next door and it is excellent! |

The location is great and the staff is pleasant. The sherry in the afternoon is a nice touch. The self-closing doors in the rooms create a great deal of noise in the morning. The morning tea is limited to jasmine green tea - regular and de-caf. A few other choices including a black tea would mean one doesn't have to go outside for tea. |

The location was good for shopping and getting around. The room was nice for an older hotel. The decor was nice. There was no counter space in the bath room and the rooms where on the small side. |

There are very good breakfast places near the hotel and the location is excellent for shopping, also the chinatown is near. The harbor and the baseball stadium as well as other important sightseeing places are easily accessible by means of public transportation. The neighborhood is safe and crouded with tourists, however few blocks to the west starts the "bad" neighborhood. Cable car stops are near. The room was nicely furnished and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. At least the room to the inner courtyard was quiet. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel and the pictures provided on the web page actually match the reality about the room (which has not been the case with all our hotels). Coffee and tea are served in the morning and sherry and tea in the afternoon, which was also a nice addition. |

The location of the Kensington Park Hotel was central and perfect for our city trip. Although the hotel staff were supportive and responsive to our questions, I found it challenging to locate services that appropriately met our needs (eg. meals, public transit). |

Perfect location! Friendly, helpful and attentative staff. Although no meals were available at the hotel it was nice that they provided morning coffe/tea and also had complimentary afternoon sherry in the lounge area. The room was spatious, was nicely designed and the bed very comfortable. |

Assistance and advice upon arrival; location and allowance for my son (< 17 yrs) to stay. Good website. Better access to H2O in room, I wouldn't use the $$water provided as it's carbon foot print was huge! I suggest that you consider urns with carbon filtration of local tap water as an alternative. Provision of milk (half/half) in frig and more then 2 packets of coffee or access to more at check in counter. |
