It was ideally located, just off Union Square. The quality of the hotel was great. I would recommend to friends and stay there again, if I was visiting San Francisco. The staff were particularly pleasant also. On the night of our arrival the street cleaning commenced at 4.00 am, in fairness to the hotel this was not their fault. We asked to be moved to a quieter room and the hotel staff were very accomodating. The second room we stayed in was much quieter. |

Nicely decorated rooms, free wifi Small rooms, tv signal is low def on a high def tv (looks terrible) and the wifi signal doesn't reach everywhere. |

My wife and I enjoyed the location of the hotel. Close to shopping,union square and it was easy to get a cab to any other destination. The staff was very helpful, THe bed was very comfortable. The bathroom sink was very low. Not good if you have a bad back. |

Very central. Good location for shops and restaurants. Close to all transportation (cable car, bus, metro, tramway) Can be noisy in the late evening: very close to (touristic) Union Square. |
