On the end of a dead-end road, this property sits on top of one the highest points in Kerr County. It feels secluded, yet downtown Kerrville is just 7.5 miles away.
Score from 54 reviews Wonderful
I had requested a King Room on the first floor when I made the reservation and they only king rooms on 2nd floor on my arrival???? They replaced room with 2 queens on first floor for same price....
Friendly staff, super clean amenities. Quick check-in and check-out. Just perfect for a quick overnight in Kerrville :)
Nothing to complain about !
No smoking rooms but everyone (guest)was standing outside by the door smoking so smell was everywhere. Needs to have a area for just smoking outside no by the doors to the rooms.
For the price and location it was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly.
The room was clean, but the bed was hard. The shower faucet was coming out of the wall when you would turn it on. I wouldnt stay there again for comfort reason only. You could feel every spring in the matress.
Everything was new. Breakfast was lacking though. Out of some breakfast item. No eggs. Cream cheese etc. The facility itself was new looking & fresh. Clean inside & out. If u like a rock hard mattress & poor breakfast, then stay here. At least a Cracker Barrel was next door!
The bed. It was much to firm. Like sleeping on the floor. Pulled the cushion s off the couch, & slept on the floor. Very much in need of new pillow tops. The breakfast was very lacking. No eggs as I was told there would be. No cream cheese for the bagel. Oatmeal was old and over cooked.
Comfortable bed and pillows....Spacious rooms
Not enough parking...I almost had to park across the street.
Great value for money Motel. The room was great, bed comfortable and clean, without that awful smell one sometimes gets in the less expensive places. Helpful staff who were friendly and informative.
The cost of the room, wi fi, and the location.
Room had a strong smell of moth balls. It actually stunk, had to go buy febreze.
Everything about this hotel was great. The beds were exceptional and it was wonderful to actually have extra pillows on the bed.
It was clean and the check in lady was nice.
There was a terrible chemical smell. I have never smelled anything like it. I called the desk to see if we could change rooms. Lady just said sorry. It was so bad i left the door open to try to air it out. By the next day it wasn't as bad but i would not ever stay there again. I paid way too much money for that.
Very good place for the amount of money I paid. Good location and good service.
Furniture looks a little dated, but looks pretty kept up and clean.
That the hotel was clean.
Parking was bad.
Beds were very comfortable
Only 1 handicap parking space.
the location was perfect for our trip, and we were able to park our motorcycle right outside the door
The room was clean and comfortable. We have a young family and the staff and room was very accommodating! Breakfast was decent too. Thanks!
Hotel was ok. I would give it a 6 but not much more than that.
Was not as clean as I would have liked.
It was available at a moment's notice and near the freeway
People around the pool were pretty noisy, but what can you say? They have a right to have a good time I guess.
Comfy and clean
The room smelled
The property was okay, about what I expected. The bed was very comfortable.
The price of the room in comparison to other hotels/motels in the area was excessive. We paid $139 plus taxes per night. Across the street was a more elegant motel with lounge and restuarant for $65 per night.
We were there for the bike rally in Bandera and the hotel was located very close and to other spots as well. The staff was very friendly and the area was very clean
Our bed was a king bed, but could of been softer as was like a board, needed the pillow top mattress cover as many of the other Days Inn we stay at has..other than that all was great..
No complaints all goo
Reserved room with king bed. They only had rooms with two queen beds.
