Needed more than 2 bath towels
Room was clean. Plentiful pillows, comfortable bed. Liked the jacuzzi tub.
Wanted to move locations away from the ice machine, but no other king size beds were available downstairs. It ended up not being an issue.
enter room from out side
Inside room and not on the outside. Not noisy
Mo hot breakfast
We liked everything about the room. It was clean, non-smoking, and comfortable. The staff was polite and very helpful. The price was EXCELLENT for the Quality! We did not get to eat the free breakfast.
The only thing I did not like was the towels must have been washed with really strong laundry det. The towels were ruff and stiff. And I have allergies to certain laundry det.'s Other than this Everything else was excellent.
Thank GOD there are still motels with smoking rooms, it was clean and well stocked, no noise after 8:00 p.m. friendly staff, free breakfast.
Only thing I didn't like is that our room was up stairs.
Everything about the room was good except the bed and coffee.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the coffee was horrible! How about some Folgers instead of the foreign stuff. And parking is atrocious!
Location, price, cleanliness, decor, staff, comfort, breakfast.
The room was very clean and the a/c-heating unit worked really well.
The TV wasn't the best quality, and the parking lot wasn't very big.
Friendly staff. Room was clean and safe.
Shower set up for very short people.
They have done very well in creating a very welcoming experience.
Hot tub hours.
I stayed for one night but it was clean, comfy and good value for money.
The view andnconvience to business locstion
Small and few choices for breakfast.
Cleanliness. Bed was comfortable with nice crisp clean linens. Will definitely use this motel again. Great valve
Professional staff handled a very difficult customer nicely. My traveling companion was an elderly woman with low patience.
No elevator and we ended up on second floor. Our reservation was recorded incorrectly and they had to make some adjustments to get us the two rooms reserved.
Had a king size room and it was very large with sitting area.
They were very courteous,
Being charged more on the third night then the first two nights. But, when you need somewhere to stay!! You don't want to move to a different one.
Clean comfortable room.
A tad pricey. Noise outside.
Good breakfast selection
Smell in the upstairs hallway
Hotel was clean and convenient to University. Breakfast was average for continental breakfast.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. I also liked being able to park right outside my door.
When I got up in the morning, a large spider was in the bathroom. These are common in Texas and it didn't bother me much, but people from other places might be frightened or disgusted. I notified the desk person upon checking out that the pest control guy should be alerted.
Staff were courteous, helpful, and patient.
Bathroom needs a little facelift, otherwise a nice place to sleep
The fact that it was available
smelly air conditioner. bathroom door kept swinging shut. could see light coming in from outside door. bed was hard. low light in dressing area.
