Excellent location and view of Washington and Potomac

I love the location and staff of this Marriott.

I stay here fairly often and have trouble getting hot water. It is usually warm at best. I've had to have the engineer come I the last three stays. Still really like everything else.

Nice and clean. More for business than for leisure.

Parking costs, but I always complain about that.

Great location, good restaurant and good gym.

Expensive wifi and very noisy lobby.

The location of the hotel is very good, it's close to the Rosslyn subway station about 8min walking. 15min walking distance to Georgetown via Key bridge, 20min walking to Theodore Roosevelt island. The price ($141, include tax) is much cheaper compared to the other hotels near subway stations. The breakfast buffet (costs $9) can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids, which is the best. They even serve fresh omelet!

Long cavernous corridors. Slow check-in process. $13/Day for internet. Ugly building. Boring location. Nasty cheap soap and shampoos in bathroom.

The front desk staff was welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is close to the Metro snd to Georgetown, the opposite way. The room service is timely and tasty.

The pool staff was unfriendly and inconsistent with their rules (i.e. kids in the hot tub). The rooms are small snd need updating, but are adequate.

This hotel was perfect for a family with small children. The cost of room includes a beautiful breakfast. We were only 3 blocks from the Metro which took us right into Washington DC. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The indoor pool was a nice diversion for the kids. Highly recommend this hotel.

Every staff member that I interacted with from housekeeping, bell desk, concierge, front desk, servers at the restaurant/pub were outstanding! You all should be proud.

It is ridiculous that this Marriott charges all guests for internet at such a high price. The high price of the rooms should automatically cover internet.

It is a nice hotel near Georgetown - one of the best areas of Washington.

I couldn't beleive there was no free Internet access in the room. The hotel will charge you $13 per day for Internet access in your room. I have been to very small remote hotels and wireless Internet would be free of charge.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was close enough to walk to the Rossilyn metro which was only a few stops from downtown dc.

I specifically asked for 2 double beds when I booked this hotel and then called a few weeks before I arrived to make sure we would get the 2 doubles instead of a king, but when we got there, they only had king beds available. They said they were booked up and could not honor my request. I complained but I thought it fell on deaf ears until we got to the room that night and found a rollaway cot. It was better than nothing.

Key Bridge Marriott is very conveniently located. Its only two blocks from the metro station, and short 10 minutes walk across Potomac River to the Georgetown. Front staff is very friendly; concierge was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Our stay was very pleasant.

Had to pay for internet, could not hook up xbox game system, coud not find pay-for-view movies,,

The decor was boring and mundane

Perfect location to walk to the Metro which took us to Union Station, walking distance to Iwo Jima, and Arlington Cemetery, walking distance to Georgetown. We enjoyed the top floor views, the evening concierge was bubbly, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed the food in the hotel restaurant at the end of a very busy day. Definitely a great stay!
