Located 3 miles from the Ronald Reagan Airport, this hotel offers a lap pool and an on-site fitness center. It also hosts a restaurant and 24-hour market place.
Score from 115 reviews Very good
This hotel, right off Interstate 66, has a view of the Potomac River and Washington D.C. It has an on-site restaurant and a fitness center that overlooks the indoor pool.
Score from 387 reviews Very good
This hotel is located between Georgetown University and George Washington University in the historic Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
Score from 1054 reviews Excellent
it was convenient to the hotel.
The COST! I don't feel someone should have to pay to stay at a location they are already paying. Parking should be included. But if there is a charge, it should be no more than $5. We paid $19!
someone was playing in the parking and make high noise by his car
The bed is important to us as I have back problems. That was not an issue at the Key Bridge. A good night of rest makes for a good day. Thanks.
I had call ed the hotel just before we arrived and was told that the pool and hot tub were out of order and it would not be fixed during the 4 days we were there. I furthet asked if we ciuld use another Marriott's hot tub, she put me on hold and came back with a negative answer. We found out at the last day that it had not been out of orderat all. We were sad that we missed some pool fun and relaxing at the tub. Although, the staff was very nice, one was not well informed.
We love staying at the Key Bridge Marriott and visiting DC and Georgetown. Thanks!
Because of my husband's gold elite status our full breakfast each day was included & our parking was free. Walkway to Key Bridge to Georgetown was great.
We were happy with everything!
Location was good, room was very nice, bed was comfortable, nice view from room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
One of the two days we were able to park in handicap parking. More spots are needed.
We were given incorrect info regarding the metro.
Very good location
the staff was súper friendly
the wifi connection was awful
I like the location
Small room, poor mirror access, no WiFi
Just the location walking distance to George Town M street
Staff are not that cooperative since I arrived they mixed up our bookings We were charged more that the rate published on Booking.com Food menu is very limited and quality is average Breakfast buffet is poor
Tremendous location but the hotel is "tired". Some updates would make it a flagship hotel.
Just needs updating.
The view of Potomac River and Georgetown from the higher floors.
Just an average place.
Very friendly, courteous and professional staff. Clean. Good location relative to Georgetown University and shops (visited our daughter at school).
It needs some updating. Rooms are tired-looking. Beds sagged. Felt a bit old and outdated.
Great courteous and helpful staff. Perfect location.
We found a roach in our room.
The hotel bar and lobby is a really nice area to sit down and have a drink or do some work. The beds are very comfortable indeed!
You have to pay for wifi even though the hotel is already outrageously expensive, considering the facilities are somewhat old. The room was freezing also and it took two hours for maintenance to come fix the AC.
Location to Georgetown and within walking distance of the tourist spots. Good facilities and was clean and good value for money. Would stay again.
Service at bar was slow on occasions, had to ask 3 times for a drink, and some staff were not particularly friendly.
Walking distance from monuments.
small in room fridge, coffee service adequate.
This hotel lacked several things I usually insist on: no in-room safe, no free WiFi (and they should be ashamed for charging $12.95 for such terrible room quality), the bed was excessively soft (took two bed boards to allow me to get any kind of sleep quality), and the room was consistently very warm despite air conditioning set at 65 degrees. (desk person said it's an old building, people complain all the time). I had trouble getting a pillow I could sleep on (down allergy, bad next and even the non-down pillows were way too soft.) The walk across major roadways to Rosslyn and the Metro got really old real fast. Restaurant selection in the hotel was limited and uninteresting. Lobby consistently crowded with tour groups and conferences. Response from the desk staff was grudging. It would have to be at least 25% below the price I paid for this to be any kind of deal.
Clean, good location, friendly staff, enjoyable stay.
Mix up with the rooms but they gave me free parking and internet but.....i think those should be free anyway.
Heat place great people great location
Cost of there food
Lobby is spacious. Room is comfortable
Restaurant requested a gratituity for essentially a self -service table. Only the coffee was served. Garage is quite far from the hotel. Need more parking close to the front desk. Reception was defensive about the first issue, when I complained. Laundry room is too small ( only 2 driers and 2 washing machines ) for this size of a hotel
In this day and age to charge $13 for wifi in the room is disgraceful. Oh but it's available in the lobby...which means the hotel is wired for wifi, but they can make extra money and charge for the use. Shame on you Marriott.
comfortable and enjoyed the stay
Location close to the Metro in a safe area of town. Rooms clean and very nice.
Stated free breakfast but it is not there is a fee.
