More than coffee for breakfast (croissants?) would be nice.
Liked the location Great shower - lots of hot water and plenty of water pressure clean bathroom
Did not like the street noise all night long Bed was saggy
I specifically asked for a king bed and paid the 500 bucks and ended up not getting what I paid for and requested. When I booked it said only thing available was a king room. Yet when I checked in I got a room with two beds facing the alley!
Didn't like they gave away my room and didn't even attempt accomidate me for their mistake.
They messed up my reservation gave me a smaller room than booked.
The location was perfect! The purpose of our trip was to see A Christmas Carol and we couldn't have picked a closer hotel. The accommodations were nice, the room was bright, and the staff was friendly and prompt. I would definitely stay here again.
We were looking for a hotel that was centrally located so we could walk to all the shopping and dining we could fit in in the short amount of time we were staying in San Fran. We got all that, plus more when we checked into our room and saw that it was adorable and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It also helped that there is the coolest duel piano bar just around the corner. A must see. We will definitely be staying here again.
Good value for the money Location a block from Union Square Lots of restaurants nearby Close to public transit
Rooms and bathroom are small (cruise-ship size) No vending machines or any kind of food within the hotel No shampoo in the rooms
location is great.
room and elevator are small.Sometimes the wifi is unstable.
Proximity to Union Square & the many entertainment activities in the area is a big plus....
There was nothing to dislike about our experience in the hotel...However, the lack of the usual hotel amenities were conspicuous by their absence....
rooms too small
Location, easy access to public transport, clean, amazing toiletries, okay bed. Our room was away from the street, so only little street noise. Valet parking for 35 dollars - in SF that's fair.
This hotel needs an update. A bit noisy.
The frontline staff is really helpful and the location is excellent and very convenient. Although my room did not include the breakfast, the adjacent restaurant is very nice. I can escape from the delicious breakfast.
Location & friendly helpful staff!
Room was a bit dated as were other parts of the hotel, but we would definitely stay here again. For the amount of time you are in your room the $$$ value is great!
Location, staff, clean, Room Service, They brought us a fan
No AC, weak Wi-Fi, one slow elevator
the bed was very comfortable
the bathroom a little small but fine for us.
Backup at the single small elevator several times. I was charged $13 for a small glass of wine which I thought was about 2 times what it should have been.
We were told our reservation was for a much later date and because we booked through a third party, they wouldn't help us until we produced our confirmation from Booking.com. Room was hot with no air conditioning and poor air circulation.
I liked the cleanliness and it seemed like everything was quite new and well taken care of. Great staff and comfy beds.
There was no air conditioning. I was on the 9th floor and it was 80 degrees outside, this made it miserable to sleep or even hang out in the room. We had to sleep with the windows open, which helped with air flow, but it is very loud in sf and I didn't get much sleep all week.
Close to city centre and facilities
Like a number of hotels, a small refrigerator would have been beneficial.
The Staff is doing a great job, always trying to help and answering with a smile and very politely. You have a great team in this Hotel. I will certainly come back because of the quality of the service.
Missing Air conditioning.
It was hot during the day and getting ready because there was no air conditioning. It was also difficult to sleep because the walls to the street were thin and it was very noisy.
location, bath products
No airconditioning, dirty carpets and walls.
WiFi Comfortable beds and pillows Recently renovated and wonderful
Inconsistent housekeeping. Forgot a bath mat the second day, didn't fold towels the same. While minor, details...
one elevator and always busy
