Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 20.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
Up to three children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

Easy to walk into the village, where there are some nice Country shops and restaurants. Visit Alisson's to eat, a great traditional restaurant! |

The staff were most welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good choice, including waffles. The location was excellent, on the edge of the very pretty town and within easy walking distance of its centre. A characterful place. |

The King's Port Inn was a convenient place for us to stay whilst we explored Kennebunkport - we were easily able to walk into the town for a meal in the evening. |

It was very convenient to shopping, dining, whale watching, and other events. We were able to walk to almost everything. The continental breakfast was a little "better" than just continental, offering hot waffles as well as bagels, muffins, cereal, and fruit. We had a double queen room which was great except that the bathroom was very, very small. It appeared they gave up bathroom space to put in 2 queen size beds. |

We choose your inn mainly for the location. It was walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We would visit again. |
