Once we were in a quiet room, and we have Colleen to thank for that, it was a wonderful stay. It was clean, and, most importantly to us, quiet as we are early to bed people. Colleen could not have been more accommodating and we would recommend the Inn just for her kind and quiet services. Breakfast was wonderful and we had a greart time just being able to walk from the Inn to restaurants and shoppes despiste the unpleasant weather. We came home refreshed and wanting to stay at the King's Port Inn again. Thanks, Beverly & John Dorsey

It was very close to the downtown areas and everything was within walking distance. The breakfast buffet did not offer any healthy options - was all carbohydrate based - bread, bagels, cereal, waffles and muffins.

The location was perfect, close to beaches, town with shops & restaurants and my children/grandchildren. My son has recently bought a house in Kennebunkport, his children go to camp at Mother's beach in Kennebunk & he takes his dog for a walk on Goouches (spelling???) Beach where I walked to every morning from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful & the dining room pleasant. Staff was friendly & readily available to answer questions. After my grandchildren went to bed, it was especially convenient to have shops, galleries & ice cream so close to the hotel. One downside: noise from the street when the windows were opened. Would request a quieter room since we're planning to return next summer.

Pretty basic accomodations in town. Comfortable bed, convenient parking, decent breakfast. They let us leave the car in their lot after checkout, which was really nice.

J'ai aimé la simplicité et l'intimité de l'hôtel.. Le petit déjeuner le matin avec la gaufre, faîte avec amour et passion. La proximité des restaurants et être au centre d'un tel village aussi pitoresque étaient magique ! Rapport/qualité/prix imbattable à cette époque de la saison (Pâques) ! La vétustité des salles de bains et l'abscence de fenestration donnant directement à l'extérieur.

It's very close to Kport, You can walk across and have coffee and a wonderful snack at the Provisions store. And have great food drinks and fun at Federal Jacks pub. Close to beaches. Great location.. Rooms are abit close to road. Didn't feel really safe with one lock on door. Had to deal with a fighting couple at night that made it very uncomfortable. Otherwise we had a great stay.

The Inn was convenient to in-town shopping and restaurants, within walking distance of most. It is less than a mile to the beach, so it's a short drive or pleasant walk. Staff at the Inn were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast of hot waffles with fruit and yogurt, plus pastries and bagels, was hot and fresh. Some hallway areas are set up with tables and chairs for people to sit, relax, have a drink - which was great, except that there was a group of noisy women outside our door while we were trying to sleep.
