Score from 484 reviews Very good 8/10
The breakfast (variety).
- The train noise. - The noise from the people who walked on the balcony/stairs (metal).
Close to railroad and very noisy. With earplugs problem is solved!
The desk staff were great - patient, helpful and polite
The motel is right on top of a really busy railroad, with heavy freight trains passing through regularly throughout the night.
The staff are friendly
Good breakfast, friendly staff. Easy to find. Shops are nearby & centre of Flagstaff only a short drive away
There was some noise during the night from the railway line opposite.
Very friendly staff on check in. Good value for money, clean and comfortable hotel. Flagstaff is a fairly large town with lots of facilities. Breakfast included.
I dislike being made to use disposable plates, cups etc at breakfast as it is bad for the environment. Might I suggest that the hotel switches to paper rather than polystyrene, or even to 'real' mugs and plates that could be washed and reused.
The breakfast was a bonus!
The hotel is near the train station which makes it hard to sleep because of the noise.
Everything would not stay at this hotel again.
Very close to the busy freight railway! Old and a rather tired.
Location right on Route 66. Close to Flagstaff historical downtown. Friendly staff.
Bit noisy from the trafic and rail. Breakfast area very small and crowded.
The breakfast was delish. Loved how homie and clean it was in the room.
Maybe a bigger lobby to eat would be nice. The room was excelently clean but I think the bathroom needed a little work as in the wall and tile changed. It was a bummer the pool was covered and not heated.
Very inconvenient for travelers going west on I-40. Coffee was putrid!
Super friendly staff, and the breakfast was good for this type of hotel.
Don't remember, so it was probably good ;)
The evening male receptionist was good and showed willingness to help out. The room was adequate.
Morning different story. The receptionist just went through the motions, no smile. You need a smile early in the morning. The breakfast fare was poor.
+ Comfort + Equipment of rooms + Service
- Loudness due to train on the other side of the rode (ear plugs!)
Friendly staff, Good breakfast.
The train nearby, The empty pool.
Great value for money. Breakfast was better than expected. Friendly staff.
Swimming pool was closed in the middle of summer.
We stopped here because we were just traveling through Flagstaff. This location was easy to find from I-40 and had a good continental breakfast (the skillet potatoes were the best tasting I've ever had! )
The noise from the train station across the street was pretty ridiculous and their pool was out of service in AZ in the middle of the summer.
We booked a room with two queen size beds and the room is large. All the furnitures are brand new. Good breakfast with fried eggs and toast potato!
It was an inexpensive option.
You get what you pay for.
Room had everything we needed. fridge, microwave. it was a rather big room, clean. Bed were not as comfy as others i have slept on so far but will do the trick. Staff was welcoming, helpful and always friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Price for rooms okay during week.
Prices on weekends way more expensive for one night.
The price is fair and conveniente location
Microwave doesn't have an outlet close
Free breakfast, coffee, ice, and wifi. I expect to have a clean room even if furniture is outdated. Close to shopping and forest. Very pleasant customer service from Amanda.
The noise from the train woke me up. It was alittle less noisy when i turned on the ac. I think you advertised it as a hotel and it is a motel. It did have a pet and clorox odor. The refrigerator froze our food and the one and zero numbers on microwave were not working.
Friendly manager, nice town to pass through
Breakfast, lake of choice, poor quality
